333 Commerce Garage with entry at 128 4th Ave N. I hate parking in Nash Vegas! This was a pleasant surprise. Easy booking & payment via Parking.com app on iPhone. Reasonable evening event rate. Easy entry & exit with no issue scanning app screen code. Directly across street from Ryman entrance. Convenient walk to Broadway shops & restaurants. Great experience 4:30 pm to 10:30ish.

All went well. Would suggest you consider offering some discount for non-cancellable reservations, as many hotels do. Special kudos for the exit provisions - lane reserved only for those exiting made it very easy to depart.

Reliable entry and exit barcode. Plenty of spaces after workday hours. Clean. Short walk to the Ryman for concerts. Signage outside to help find the garage and inside for walking to your destination.

Every thing was great. When I needed to change the tag number customer service was great!!

Easy to pay and park for event at the Ryman.

I paid an event parking fee in advance. When I left the meter charged me all over again. Also, waited almost an hour to get out of parking garage.

Convenient to pay ahead of time. Smooth sailing in and out. Convenient location.

We could not get out of garage the qr code was not available stuck in garage tried to purchase another another would not work then to get out have to pay 50.00. Ended up paying $90.00 to pay rk for one evening for 3 he's.

Was able to reserve a spot, pay ahead, and use a QR code to enter and exit the garage.

The parking lot was full at the top 3 levels. It was 1 way only with cars behind me so I was forced to exit within 2 minutes of entering. Could not enter back in to the lot with my code. Paid an extra $25 on top of my already paid reservation.

Search for open spot in Nashville (very limited street parking in Broadway area) was fast and easy with very good discount available.

I always park in the same parking deck with your company ever time I go downtown and always am happy until this time. We miss judged our ending time and we’re charged $21 extra for 30 minutes over. We only paid $20 for the parking to begin with so we ended up paying $41 total and we’re very upset. We didn’t know the ending time was exact

Clean, close to walk to downtown, and easy to get out of, and the lady at the gate was super helpful when my phone wouldn’t scan. Love that it only costs $20 for the whole day. Will definitely be using this lot again in the future.

as somebody from out of town, with a little knowledge of the area except what I could find on a GPS app I managed to navigate the city park rental car and have a good vacation parking.com helped facilitate that success. As long as my phone was working I was able to navigate the system.

Parked in 333 Commerce, literally across the street from entrance to the Ryman. Easy in & out, priced at the going rate, and pre-purchase of pass worked smooth as butter. Highly recommended.
