Nice location and parking attendant was friendly

The attendant was personable and everything was very easy.

This is not an honest place of business. I was charged an extra $40 for coming back early. The attendant did not have to move any cars to retrieve mine. Why the extra cost? Find another place to park. There are plenty.

My car was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up.

Super easy. Reserved spot online- pulled in and attendant scanned code from my phone. Only problem is entrance was one block over from where GPS said it was but we figured it out.

The reality is that when you arrive to the location with digital receipt, the attendant still refuses you entry or service. The staff complains that the website offering this service is not in anyway concerned about the current situation at the garage.

We booked our spot in advance for our oversized vehicle paying the extra fee. Arrived at the garage and were told there was no room for us and we had to leave and park somewhere else.

Excellent and courteous garage staff. Parking a bit expensive and wish that as a SP+ monthly at another garage there would be a discount.

Wonderful staff! Greeted us the minute we pulled in! My BMW was very well taken care of! We will definitely be coming back here when we are in town. Thank you!

I paid For parking and the attendants didn’t accept it on the day of the parking. They kept telling me I needed to show a barcode but I never received a barcode just had a receipt & confirmation #.

I pre-paid online for 7 hours on Dec 23rd. When I arrived at the garage in the morning, the attendant told me to give my printed pass to the attendant when I leave. When I went back in the afternoon, the attendant didn't want to accept my pass. He tried to enter the order # into their system but nothing came up. He insisted I had to pay again. I asked him to call his manager.he came back and said ok but I had to pay $15 for oversize vehicle. I have a jeep. I DID add that to the online order and it showed on the printed pass I gave him! Again, he called his manager. He came back and said the manager said to let it go,.. it's not worth fighting about. They told me the online system was wrong. If its not working, then fix it or take it down.

Excellent was easy to pay for parking when I was running late for a doctors appt. only wish you didn’t have to print out a hard copy to present to the attendant. They should make it so that you can just show on your phone that you paid for the parking. But overall it was good.

Great service. Quick and inexpensive
