It took a sec to figure it out, but once i did, it saved me a lot of time and frustration. I kinda wish there was a shorter parking price option, though. I do like the app associated with this, though. I will use it in the future.

It was pretty good the parking lot was empty so was able to commodate me having a trailer behind my truck, paid for 2 parking spots with my tag and I think the lot attendants were blown away by someone actually used it correctly.

I paid to park using the scan QR code and there was an attendant that said if I didn’t pay him then I couldn’t park there and I would be towed. He said if there is an attendant you pay them and not the QR code. I believe he was a thief but I had to pay over $20 for a $10 parking lot which was utter BS. How are we supposed to know who to pay?!

We pulled into the parking lot and followed instructions on the sign and paid on our phone to then be told (from a man yelling from across the lot) that we couldn't park there and had to pay him, so we wound up paying twice to be able to park there. We felt something should have been posted on the sign giving instructions to pay attendant.

Easy process. Convenient to the Lyric Theater and dining.

The process was easy but if you are tying to extend your time you have to pay the entire fee again. I know you have to pay to park but once you’ve paid the first time the amount should be prorated.

Accessible parking and ease of registration. Also the system automatically only charged for the fee time and not for time after the city parking is free.

Close to where I was going. I liked having a reminder that my time was nearly up

Scanning QR code and paying for parking for an event was super easy.

I like the fact that I can choose how long I'll park there instead of paying for a full day.

I paid event pricing for a parking spot on New Year’s eve and the parking lot was closed. Beware.

Parking lot sign was useless on how to pay for parking. Kept telling us no spots available. If I can park then there should be a Spot available to pay for. Felt like I Had to pick another lot on app just to pay so had proof to avoid parking ticket. Worst experience I have had with any App

The process was terrible. The app wasn’t working well and it took forever. We went to another show the next day and parked in another one of your lots. The app wouldn’t work at all so I was worried I was going to get towed. The machines seemed to always work.
