Got to parking garage and it wouldn’t accept QR code and had sign saying it was full. Tried to contact parking.com via website to request refund and form request would not work. The ease of making the reservation was great, just wish it actually worked. Won’t use this website again.

The attendant in the garage is very professional and knowledgeable. The garage is clean and well lit.

Being able to see what was available, and book ahead of time and online. Site was clean and easy to enter and exit. I felt safe.

My parking pass didn’t work! I had to use my credit card for an additional pass!

Booked wrong date erroneously. Tried to cancel on their website. Didn't happen an my card was charged. Avoid them at all costs.

While Sunday 4/21 was game day with a game start time of 1:35pm, I had a business appt and I arrived at NJ Ave location at 10am and booked time from 10am to 1pm. Booked on line at arrival. The attendant had attached a sign to the a-frame garage entry sign stating parking was $40. However I was charged $50 on my receipt. Additionally, after returning to my car at 1:12pm, I was charged an additional $12. In total $62 for 3 hours and 12 mins. Even the attendant was shocked and tried to assist with his attendant’s card. No luck. $30 per hour is truly GREEDY do t you think? Not to mention the signage was not accurate and didn’t match what I was charged electronically.

Excellent parking garage that was clean and well-lit. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so be mindful of parking your car in them as door dings can easily happen.

Didn't have to drive around looking for a lot, just set my GPS, arrived, scanned my barcode and I was in.

Parking app is easy to use, however on occasion, I haven’t had a good WiFi connection and couldn’t complete. I’ve received 2 parking tickets which were $55 each. I feel the ticket charge was very high, and unreasonable!! I would expect to pay $10-$15.

Had to pay twice because it would not read my online qr code and had a line of vehicles behind me. Will not be coming back.

Easy to use and the price was reasonable. The lot itself was clean and easy to find.

Advance purchase of parking ticket, garage clean and well lit, staff friendly and helpful.

Your app and website are terrible. I needed parking for three days at the same place. For the first day, I was able to get it after a few tries. For the second, it took over 10 tries over 4 days and I had to use a different credit card. I tried over a dozen times over 7 days, and never managed to prebook the third day. Deleted and reinstalled app, created new account, tried 3 different cards.

Easy in, reasonable price, quick exit! We felt lucky to find this garage and parking.com.

Couldn’t even get to the parking spot security wouldn’t let us get in that street!! Not worth $50!!!

I put the address into my phone but while I thought I was getting closer to Nationals Park the address on New Jersey Ave. kept taking me further and further away. I’ll never pre-pay for parking again. I had to pay $40 to park elsewhere.

My ticket was not accepted. I had to pay again to park. Still have not heard back on refund request

Parking was minutes from our venue which was at National Park for the Lady Gaga concert. Location is perfect and I was super happy that I used this website to purchase the parking. I paid $50 and when I showed up they were charging $75 so I saved $25! The garage is small though, which I was ok with because I had a spot and it didn't take forever to get out.

Paid 50 dollars thru parking.com only to find out when we got to parking garage was 40 dollars. Total ripoff
