We were very confused how to pay by the instructions on a sign in the garage & once we finally got on the website. We were there only 4 hours but couldn’t get the website to recognize our time out. It was me, my husband, & granddaughter—3 people that had a difficult time figuring out just how to pay!

Affordable parking
Affordable parking. Felt safe. Tight spaces as usual. Unfortunately, had to walk up/down the ramp to get in/out the garage. But loved the automated process with the QR code to scan or the number to text and entering credit card info on the website. Very convenient

False information
I went to the 1275 K Street garage because parking.com said was open 24/7. When I got to the garage I found that it is unstaffed and it had a sign announcing that the entrance gate was open for vehicle retrieval only until 6pm every night. The false information was a major inconvenience for me.

it was terrible experience
it was terrible experience. i didnt have any one to get information and when i get back to get my car out of garage there was no one so i couldnt enter and i need to stay overnight and go to garage next morning and there was someone entering inside so thanks to them i could enter but i dont know what would i do otherwise so i will never use this website and any parking place under this company and i will never advice it to anyone. It was terrible!

The instructions were not exactly…
The instructions were not exactly accurate but I was able to figure it out in the long run. I would recommend clear signage explaining the parking process after dark when there is no parking attendant. Otherwise it was very conveniently located near where I was going and the pricing was very reasonably. I would not hesitate to use this parking space again.

Easy to park
Easy to park. Clean and safe.
However, it was hard to retrieve the car since the garage gate is shut. Will have to call remote service and takes time to open the gate remotely.

The technology of the attendant-less…
The technology of the attendant-less parking worked well and the price was cheap. I didn't like that your parking garage doesn't allow for handicap usage because there are no accessible stairs or elevator.
