Cost more than street parking but is very convenient for walking on The Strand.

Plenty of available parking, and spacious spots.

Nice and convenient for a day in Galveston.

Your website allowed me to park for 23 hours. I had an event Saturday the 28th all day and could not figure out how I was going to renew my parking at 3 PM, I called your local phone number in Galveston and was told that overnight parking was not allowed, I would have to renew my parking at 3 AM Saturday morning instead of 3 PM Saturday afternoon. I was parked in your lot for less than five minutes and truly wish that the overnight parking was clearly stated on your signage. I will now be filing for a credit because I was not in your lot for the 23 hours. I paid for the gentleman I spoke to in Galveston, was incredibly rude .

Parking is wayyyyy too expensive! For the amount you charge, I should get a shaded spot with an ice cold bottle of water and a 5 minute foot massage. Won’t be coming back at all to the area. All the parking is so expensive. So greedy. Shameful.

My experience was excellent! They went above and beyond. Easy one floor indoor parking. When we got back from the cruise I unfortunately locked my car key in the trunk of my car. We asked the booth attendant and they sent an awesome guy to come save us. We can’t thank Gino Vaiani enough for his hard work in helping us.

The price is ridiculous.

We paid 18.99 for an all day park pass, then it still had us select a time and we had to be out of the lot by then the rate should have been prorated for time spent not the entire day parking.

The parking was great! Entrance & directions were clear & easy.

It isn't easy to pay for parking like other apps, even after creating an account. I had to go to a site vs being able to download an app. It is also more expensive than other parking areas. Also, after 6pm all other parking is free except for the lot(s) with this company for parking. I had already parked and didn't want to relocate or I would have.

The scan bar makes parking a breeze.

The kiosk didn’t work, the QR Code was dirty and didn’t work. The price for lot was high.

I like that it was right next to the venue. I do feel like 18.99 is a little bit too pricey though,
