Ordered the wrong size, entirely my own fault. Emailed them ready for a fight and instead they had the right one on its way before I'd even mailed the first one back. No forms, no phone calls, no waiting on hold. I've never had a company do that, let alone a small one.
Took about 9 days to reach me which was longer than I'd hoped. They did email me twice with tracking so I wasn't sitting there wondering where it was. The dress itself is lovely, properly lined, doesn't cling anywhere. I'd buy again, I'd just order a bit earlier next time.
Wore this to lunch and my sister took a photo of the tag so she could order one herself. The green is so much richer in person, the website photos really don't do it justice. I'd asked about sizing before I bought and someone answered me the same afternoon with actual measurements, that's what made me go ahead with it.
