DO NOT USE. This is the worst service I have ever had at any airport. Called them on landing when they had all the flight details anyway and got to car park 30 mins later. Called them again and they said it would be up to 40 mins more and that they deliver after 60 mins from call. Ontop of that and the fee for parking you have to pay the car park fee at airport on arrival and departure. Utterly useless appalling service. Never use this company.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this company was a group of cowboys. On arrival at Heathrow they didn’t have anyone available for us to pick up our car so asked if we would come out to them, several miles away. We did because we had a flight to catch and not much choice. Once there they then drove us in a dirty van back to Heathrow. We had a one year old with us and there was no suitable car seat or even enough seat belts for all the adults. It was dangerous. The person who dropped us off at the airport then said he’d meet us back there with the van on return: this was not the arrangement as we were expecting our car and told him so. He looked a little confused. On return from holiday when we rang to say we were there and wanting to collect our car we then had to manage several phonecalls, one where the person was spoke to was rude when he wasn’t being incomprehensible and the others with the car driver who seemed to think that phoning us repeatedly as we tried to get a lot of luggage and two small kids out of the airport would be helpful. I can’t prove the company did this but on return the central console of the car between the front two seats where we keep sunglasses, sweets, loose change etc looked as if it had been opened: it was left in a way I never leave it. Our encounters with this company left us really stressed at the start and end of our holiday. Just look elsewhere. Awful.

This is how the conversation will go when you call the operator to let them know youre arriving. Verbatim by the way.
He picks up the call after hanging up 5 times.
Operator - "YEAH BE QUICK" - (in a roadman voice)
Me - "Im dropping off the car at 4am and was advised to call you" (confused as shit)
Operator - "Yeah bruv this ain't half an hour notice is it. Its bloody 1am"
Me - "yeah I know that but i was instructed to leave you way earlier notice for super early drop offs so Im calling to make you aware."
HE HUNG UP ON ME AT THIS POINT. I called back. He picks up even angrier and more road man like.
Operator - "WUT MAN!!! I said call me half hour before init"
Me - "excuse me. Dont hang up on me. Im letting you know ill be on time as instructed in your email."
Operator - (kisses his little teeth over the phone) "Whatever man just let me know half hour before". Puts the phone down.

This operator who clearly runs the business is a 30 year old man who never left the streets selling weed from him mums house who clearly never raised him right and just found another hussle collecting cars and dumping it in a field somewhere.

The person to collect and drop off will be some other poor immigrant that he's taken advantage of becuase he knows not to come himself for risk of getting smacked in the mouth.

Horrible company to deal with.

The return flight call to make them aware we've come back and collected our luggage went just as bad and even more ghetto than before. He was most likely upset his mum keeps asking him to leave the house.

I literally worried about the car during the entire holiday. If I ever see the owner of this company and/or its service provider called "Quality Parking Gatwick" i would smack him so hard his lips would fly off.

Ps. I waited nearly 2 hours to collect our car from the return flight which he blamed on our flight arriving 10 minutes delayed.

Literally "F" this company.

Avoid unless you like the stress and speaking to drug dealers.

Stay away from this company at all cost.
We called 20 minutes before arrival to Heathrow and waited over an hour and a half. We kept getting the runaround and the controller was so rude.
The man collecting the car was also rude. There was no communication apart from just wait he’s coming. I called over 7 times, mostly no answer. Then got told he’s stuck in traffic. Eventually he arrived walking as slow as possible leaving us one hour before our flight departed.
The controller also told us to pay for the Parking so we can exit quickly when her arrives but still had to wait a further 30 minutes.
Once he sat in my vehicle I tried to explain something he got very aggressive and told me he knows how to drive.

Once we returned, I called and he told me to call back! once I did call back he queried the time we originally booked. I explained to him my called at the original time but he told me to call back then he said just wait in the terminal! With no explanation to which terminal or length of time.
After waiting some time I then called back to find out if we was in the correct place as we’re just standing in the terminal, then he starts telling me to park my car just park your car level 4. I explained to him I was collecting a car. He shouted I’m not talking to you. Apparently he was having another conversation. Again, he just said we don’t know where we’re gonna drop your car. You just have to wait and wait for somebody to get there and they will give me further instructions on where to go.

The service is appalling. The customer service is atrocious. They do not have any manners. They were late. I occurred extra charges in the car park. I do not recommend anyone using them.

At one point during drop off I told him that I was nervous and thought it was a scam as I was trying to call and could not get hold of anyone so I checked the reviews, they were bad. I told him and he commented back Why did I choose to go with him if the reviews were so bad. At the time the reviews on the compare website was showing really good but I went on trustpilot and that’s when I saw the true reflection of the reviews.

Collection took over 2 hours!!!

You will be wasting your money booking through this site. The parking companies are useless. Meet and Greet? Total joke.
No one will be there to collect your car. You will be waiting for hours to drop off and pick up. You will probably have to book a legitimate car park if you want good service.
Use the official airport parking site.
The parking companies are totally uncontactable and unaccountable and refunds are impossible to recover. ***COWBOYS!!

Been waiting for ‘meet and greet’ for over 2 hours now. Wish we had just gone with Park and Ride now.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

I booked airport parking based on a clearly advertised price of £67, only to receive a confirmation afterwards stating that an additional £30 in mandatory pickup and drop-off fees would be charged. These are not optional extras — they are required to use the service — yet they were not transparently disclosed before payment.

When I raised this issue, I was told by customer support (Haniya) that it was my “responsibility” to check a supposed “more information” section. I have since reviewed the booking process again, and there is no clear or accessible section that outlines these charges prior to booking. This response feels like an attempt to justify misleading pricing rather than resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, when I called to discuss this, the phone call was abruptly disconnected after I explained the situation. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

The combination of hidden mandatory fees, refusal to take responsibility, and poor customer support makes this an extremely frustrating experience. I will now be escalating this through my bank.

Proceed with caution — the headline price is not what you will actually pay.

If I could give less than 0 star review, I would have, this is the worst parking service company by a long margin, communication horrible, timing disgusting, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Terrible experience
Highly disorganised when I dropped off my car. I thought twice about handing it over. I now wish I had not given them the keys. For the return I was asked to call on landing . 50 mins later I am still waiting for them to turn up with my car. The man on the phone was very rude. He hung up on me and just said they ‘were busy’ and I would have to wait until they had time to bring my car. The website looks professional but their service is awful. Avoid at all costs

Misleading pricing. The advertised parking price was not the true cost. An additional airport access fee only became apparent after booking, making the parking much more expensive than advertised. No one is answering the phone..

Transparent pricing should be a basic requirement. Customers deserve to know the full cost before paying, not afterwards.

Would not use again.

Absolute joke. Waited 4o mins for someone to collect my car. On return waited 30 mins to get picked up and drive to a farm where I wait a further 30 minutes for another person to arrive and take my keys. No organisation, not enough staff, no grip on running a service. Avoid at all costs. Heathrow.

Rubbish car park, almost missed my flight waiting for the so called meet and greet, waited for 30mins, and coming back waited for almost an hour waiting for my car only to be picked up by someone who was sent and we drove for 30mins to where my care park was in the middle of a farm! on top of that, I received a bill of £100 payable in 14 days time reduced to £60
Terrible service and decieving markting, do not use Flypark, all scambags and owned by one person. Shared on Watchdog to avoid this meet and greet company as they are rubbish on 3rd June 2026

I want to give 0 . Awful. You end up paying more and you are being taken around collecting other passengers having paid £20 . The team leader was rude. Please don’t bother booking this .

We booked a Flypark plus for Manchester, WHAT A MISTAKE, the collection was unprofessional the chauffeur had the wrong make, model & colour wrong, (this was instruction from the owner) On our return, as instructed we tried to call them,( what a joke) after around twenty calls with the phone ringing they picked up, only to tell me they were running a little behind & my vehicle would be around half an hour. we had to wait THREE & HALF HOURS
We had been on a night flight (which made it worse)
After ringing again and again they gave us excuse after excuse, they finally turned up THREE & HALF HOURS LATE. We are absolutely discusted with there service and would recommded every one to AVOID like the plague

Hi all
Just want to share our experience we had using Parking-spotz.com sometimes go under booking at flypark.com at Heathrow airport.
People please avoid using them!!! They are so unreliable! Their time keeping on returning our car was atrocious!!! We were advice to collect our baggages before calling them - that we did! After several calls we managed to get through. We were told to go to Terminal 3 that our car was to be dropped off there.  Below are some of the excuses given to us:
Car has been dispatched thats after 30 minutes wait.
Will check where driver was, at this time we had been waiting 40 minutes.
Car is in the tunnel 50 minutes later. We had to wait just over 1 hour.
At all calls made they kept on checking which terminal we were at!!!
My rating of this company is 0* had to give a star to get opportunity to leave review! They were not rude just offering insincere apologies!
