I bought a pair of sandals and matching handbag for my daughters wedding which I loved and they where comfy. I was really impressed within the packaging as great care had been taken to ensure they arrived in perfect condition.

wedding shoes
I'd been angsting over shoes for my wedding, I'd already bought a pair from paradox but having tried on my dress decided they just werent right. So wedding is Sunday, saw some more on Paradox website yesterday, ordered, delivered at 2.30 this afternoon. They are perfect, easy ordering great delivery service. I have previously returned shoes to Paradox, and it was straightforward and quickly refunded.

Purchased a clutch bag to match up to a wedding outfit - luckily it was a perfect match!! - beautiful design. Well made, good quality product.
easy to navigate site. Prompt service, delivered in a sturdy box & packaged beautifully.
I like the free returns option if required.

Really impressed with the service received from paradox. I was looking for navy wide fit shoes for a wedding. Several pairs of shoes were purchased; I chose one and send the rest back. Refund was virtually instant. Thank you!

I find this a reliable company
I find this a reliable company. Ordering is easy and delivery is very quick. Unfortunately the sandals I ordered this time were too wide so I had to return them. This was easy to do with a label included in the parcel and the refund happened after a couple of days. So all good!!
