Bought a couple of pairs of shoes from them and they were dispatched quickly. The quality of the shoes was very good, however unfortunately they just didn’t fit me. Returning them was very simple and the money back in my account straight away. I would definitely look at buying from them again as the service was great.

Shoes were beautifully wrapped and packaged. I wore them to a wedding without breaking them in first as I had no time. I did not need to as they were so comfortable from the moment I had them on. No blisters nothing. Just brilliant. Refunds were dealt with quickly, as i ordered a bigger size just in case. I have since ordered more shoes from this Company, I was just so impressed.

Just love everything about your company. From easy ordering, quick delivery and on the odd occasion I had to do a return, returning my parcel with the enclosed label was easy peasy at my local post office.
And of course your shoes and handbags are beautifully made and so comfortable on my poorly feet.

This is my second pair of paradox sling backs and I cannot fault either the shoes or the company. First pair was for our Son's wedding in Spain and second pair were for a friend's party last weekend. I needed them VERY quickly and managed to secure next day delivery. I have wide feet (thanks to bunions) and despite this I got lots of positive comments on the shoes. I literally danced all night with no ill effects to my feet.

I have quite a few pairs of paradox shoes mainly sandals for evening wear. I struggle with shoe buying as because of an old injury my left foot is slightly swollen so your wide fit shoes are perfect. The last pair I purchased were in the sale at £29.50 a bargain they are slightly more sparkly than anticipated but I shall keep them. I wish you would make flat Chelsea boots and possibly in leather
