Wrong product, refund not arrived
I e mailed about the spec of the stools, and was told they are clear, they arrived grey. I rejected them. I still have not received a refund,

Great to find our favourite Scandi 'Kastehelmi' tumblers on this site as the colour has been discontinued. They arrived promptly and well packed.

Great site for low priced designer products
I bought a replacement part for my Alessi cafetiere. Site was easy to use and the replacement part showed up two days later. Great service. One small gripe. The price was shown as £18 which was £12 cheaper than the same product on Amazon. However, when I went to check out, postage of £6 was added. I still saved £6 but I would have preferred to see the final price when browsing.
