Dear Panik Outlet
Dear Panik Outlet,
I have not yet received the delivery. It was due to be delivered by 10.1.25. Having been ordered 7 days prior. It was not delivered by the 10th. A delivery attempt was to be made at 14.1.25 but no notice of this was given via email or phone. It was just assumed that somehow I would psychically know that delivery was to be made and that I would happen to stay in all day without any notice of any reason to do so. I only learnt that a delivery was due to be made as I had been manually tracking a delivery due date since having ordered the item two weeks prior. I submitted a redelivery request to be made for Saturday 18.1.25. This date was selected from the available dates that UPS listed for redelivery. Despite this, not delivery was made on the 18th. I waited in all day. Upon manually checking for a delivery, the system alerted that the delivery was meant to be delivered that day but no text or email updates were provided, despite me being registered for these services. Again, I was left with no information of when a delivery would be attempted. One was attempted today on the 21.1.25. However, again, having no notice of this I did not sit in waiting for a delivery for a date I had not selected; would not be available for and for which I was given no notice via text or email that a delivery would be attempted. I have again requested a redelivery for a date (25.1.25) which UPS lists as an available delivery date. However, this is nearing a month after purchase and from the last experience, I will receive no notice if a delivery will indeed be made on that date.

I'd never heard or shopped with this company before, however they stocked the item that I was after at an affordable price. The item was well and securely packed and padded well and sent quickly. I was kept informed on the progress of my order by email updates. My parcel arrived intact and undamaged.

Really speedy service
Really speedy service, very happy with that. The Alessi clock is perfect - the colours were trud to life on my phone sk it complements mh room perfectly.

Great choice of products, great price
I bought two lovely glass water carafes and they were a great price in the sale. Delivery was fast too.
I will definitely order from Panik again because they have a great selection, including some less common brands.

Panik Outlet have great designer products and the delivery is good. I brought my Husband a biscuit jar with bell for Christmas so everyone knows when he is helping himself.
