Excellent service! Gary was very helpful, would definitely return for our next suit!

Unreal suits, ordered a size too small initially, returns policy very easy and quick.

Thoroughly read instructions for ordering etc size up etc which was spot on... I was disappointed that after leaving instructions in the box re colour of trousers etc this was not acted upon...black trousers received instead of my choice of navy...due to the fact this was required for a wedding and not enough time to return...why have a special instructions box if requests noted but not followed through

Gary & Dale were amazing helping find a suit for a wedding I was attending. Sized me perfectly would be 100% recommend to my friends and family and will be returning after Christmas for another wedding we have coming up

Really good service from Kai who was extremely patient and offered really good customer service. I had an idea of what I wanted for my birthday but Kai offered good alternatives and I got something completely different to what I was expecting. This is my 7th suit from the shop and will continue to purchase from Pal Joey.

Went into the store this morning and had an amazing experience. Kai was there to help me all the way. He helped me pick out the different suits and was honest about which style and fit suited me best. He also helped pick out a tie and pocket square to compliment the suit. Great service and great price. Will definitely be coming back

Great experience. Very helpful especially with a large party of groomsmen. Price is great and the Quality of the suits are great . The carriers are strong and protect the suit . Very good choices of colours and the accessories like the ties are also a good price . The service was second to none on the day .

Gary was an absolute saint in trying to find me my first proper suit, for years I’d mixed and matched with individual suit items but Gary made it extremely easy and nothing was too big of a job for him to help me out, an absolute gent and couldn’t recommend Pal Joey enough! The suit really looked amazing however it was too small. On their site they recommend one size up, I would have taken two sizes up if there was any left.
I returned it for a refund as I needed outfit for an event which consequently I didn't attend. I'm giving 5 stars cause suit was nice and delivered prompt.

Quality not great, loose threads. Also, asked for navy trousers which was an option in the description. However, I received black. Would’ve returned only needed it that weekend.

Sent out 2 different shoes in the same box agreed a refund still not heard anything that was back in may avoid sadly

Emailed pal joey about sizing for a suit and they got straight back to me and cpuldnt have been any nicer, theyr customer service i 5 star.

I ordered a 3 piece suite and it was with me in 2 days so theyr delivery service is second to none also,

The quality of the suit is amazing the suit itself is stunning and I will 100% buy from pal joey anytime I need a new suit for an occasion
