I called the shop to ask for guidance on what size suit to order. The staff were extremely professional and advised me to go up one size. The suit arrived promptly and fits perfectly. Excellent customer service – I would highly recommend this company.

Never received the parcel. Was delivered by DPD they left it outside Bering in mind it should of been signed for contacted paljoey they got back to me saying they was going investigate it with DPD but haven’t heard back for over a week left out of pocket and had to pay for a new suit from somewhere couple days before the wedding. I know it’s not the company fault but it’s not hard to respond to a paying customer who is now out of pocket

Easily the quickest suit fitting I’ve ever had in and out within 20 minutes- they had loads of variety in all sizes- traveled 2 and half hours to come here as we’ve heard nothing but good things! Didn’t disappoint

Second time buying a three-piece suit from pal joey. First time was a visited the store travelling all the way from Manchester got fitted out by them, this time knowing me size from the visit i bought it online came the next day and fits perfectly.

Excellent ordered jacket and waist coat with black trousers a suit for my son that he had seem online came with intwo days was updated from start to finish suit arrived and it was just as described and the colour was just the same as what the model wore I am so pleased with the purchase and I'm sure we will be ordering again .only thing I found was we had to go up a size my son ordered the first one which was his normal size and it was a bit snug sent back with no hassle and refunded

Wrong tie set arrived, trousers were 2 sizes too big, called and got put through to answer phone left name and number and had no call back. Used them last year and they were perfect very disappointing this time around.
