I have been using the Vanilla bone…
I have been using the Vanilla bone broth for almost a year and this company is great, truly. I also order the meat sticks when they have sales.(they often have deals with all of their products) Customer service is quick and always helpful!

Fast and honest
The quick refund on my order when I couldn't use the chocolate bone broth due to my sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, was speedy. They had offered buy one get one free and they backed up the money-back guarantee.
I only gave it 4 stars because I really couldn't drink the chocolate one. The others may be great.

AMAZING COMPANY
I have been a PV customer for a few years now. I believe their products are superior and their Customer Service is outstanding. I use their Apple Cider Vinegar and it actually cured my acid reflux. Just ordered 3 more bottles. I will continue to be a customer and recommend to all my family and friends.

Superior and Prompt Customer Service
I emailed a request that my auto-ship order of beef sticks be cancelled. I was pleasantly surprised that was done in less than one business day. Some internet companies require the customers to go back to their website (which usually requires a sign-in) to process a request such as this. Paleovalley made this simple and fast. More companies should be like Paleovalley in this regard. The quality of their beef sticks is superior. IF they had a variety pack of flavors, I'd be an auto-ship customer for life.

Bad golden milk
I bought alot of their products over the years, but the last time I bought 4 bags of the golden milk they had changed the formula. Bought dozens in the past great stuff but my last order when I blended it as usual It made a disgusting brown frouth. Bitter and undrinkable. Call and complained and they sent for more bags. Said it was the same formulation. I drank enough of the stuff when it came out to know better. Same problem. Undrinkable, they should have left well enough alone. Even tried scooping the brown frouth off the top, didn't help. I really use to enjoy their products especially the bars and beef and deer meat sticks.. Now I just don't trust what their selling any more.

I love the products from this company…
I love the products from this company because they’re delicious and they seem to focus on producing healthy products in a conscientious way. I really love their Golden Milk and I have it every night after dinner with some half-and-half and some boiling water. I also love their bone broth and their snack sticks. I definitely like the direction they are going.

Rancid before “Best By” date
Started a subscription and everything was fine. Eventually slowed down on my consumption and developed excess inventory. Cancelled my subscription due to excess product and getting tired of the meat sticks. Fast forward a few months - started finding sticks that just didn’t taste right (edible, but didn’t taste good). Fast forward a few more weeks - started finding a lot of sticks that tasted bad (several flavors). Checked the “best by” dates and they were still within several months of expiration. These meat sticks had been unopened and stored in my climate-controlled kitchen cabinets. Some were actually turning grey inside! 🤢
Called customer service to report my dissatisfaction. They noted my complaint, but offered no refund nor exchange due to the product being over their 60 day policy. Extremely dissatisfied with the product’s shelf life! Will not be ordering again…

Customer service is worthless
I actually liked their products but their customer service NEEDS a great deal of work. Do NOT email them any type of questions, or ask for their help in an order, or subscribe & save because they will MESS IT UP!!! Then give you a lame story that they can not get back your original subscribe and save with the cost you were paying. REALLY? How stupid do you think I am??
I do not need this kind of DRAMA in just trying to change a subscribe and save. Worthless customer service operations. Did you go to school???

BAD flavor
Taste is a subjetive thing but I found the vanilla flavored bone broth protein powder to be disgusting. It almost has a sour taste to it. The chocolate is palatable, but I wouldn't say it tastes "good". I will not be buying this product again and actually threw out the vanilla bag.
