Smooth transaction

I ordered paint for my kitchen cabinets and got it delivered the following day, way ahead of the estimated delivery date. Very professional and reliable provider. Will definitely purchase again from them.

Hello Michael,

I genuinely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback, although I must admit it is disappointing to receive two separate reviews when we have done everything possible from day one to help resolve this situation.

As discussed in our conversations, the parcel was unfortunately lost by the courier company, which was completely outside of our control. Despite that, we did not ignore the issue or leave you without support. We contacted the courier repeatedly, chased updates daily, and kept you informed throughout the entire process, even when there was very little information coming back from their side.

We fully understand delays like this can affect your plans or work, which is exactly why we confirmed that if the parcel could not be recovered, you would receive a full refund.

We are a small independent business and genuinely care about every customer and every order. Situations like this are incredibly frustrating for everyone involved, including us, especially when we have worked hard to communicate openly and do the right thing throughout.

I truly wish things had turned out differently here and I sincerely wish you all the best going forward.

customer service exceptional

Isn't it weird, I only write reviews when something exceptional or awful. Well this is one of those exceptional ones. And funny thing is I haven't even got the delivery yet. I ordered 2 different types of Epoxy paint, I know nothing about paint to be clear, but advised by painter friend this would be perfect for outdoor Patio concrete. Here comes the exceptional Part, Rytis I believe was name, rang me as saw two different types of paint ordered but same colour, he was concerned and wanted to talk to me about my project. He spoke and asked loads of questions and advised me and helped me I hope choose a better paint for my job. He rang me back twice as wanted to check with his supplier further questions. You would never get this with Woodies, B&Q or anywhere else that somebody takes this time to help with your project. Anyway will update this review when get paint and done. But this customer service I received today was exceptional
