Paid for two images (one in colour, one in B&W). Received the images within a few hours (which I suspect may have been AI generated), but there was an error on both images.
Tried to email back to request the pictures be amended, but the emails just kept bouncing back. Tried requesting the correction via their review link (as is requested) - didn't hear anything. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded to say that they would review the images and get amended ones to me, but 3 days later I still haven't received anything and now my WhatsApp messages are no longer being delivered.
Would not recommend.

Back when I ordered my very first picture it was hand drawn and was beautiful but this was many years ago, the ones more recently have definitely NOT been hand drawn at all. It’s advertised as hand drawn by various artists and that it how it started but it’s definitely digital art now, AVOID far too much money for a scam.

Paid £40 for an image after my dog passed. They asked me to send an image after claiming they'd not received the order. The print arrived by Facebook message within 24 hours and it was a cut out of my photo on a cartoon background with some clip art around it. It wasn't in the slightest what was advertised. After I complained they took a further 3 weeks to send a replacement which was just ad awful. They wouldn't refund me because they feel by me giving them a THIRD chance to rectify is acceptable. Don't buy from here!!

I have purchased various portraits of my daughters dog Rufus. I've just ordered my fourth purchase. I can honestly say that I have been absolutely delighted with my purchases as has my daughter and her husband. Really friendly service and Selina always replies to emails. I would not purchase portraits from anyone else. Their standards are excellent.

Avoid, its a real scam. Its done digitally, you recieve an email and then have to pay more for the print. All of the reviews they post tefer to artists and artwork which is extremely misleading. Lots of money for a cheap printout. I am now chasing a refund via my credit card as its not as advertised.

I ordered before reading the reviews and was then a bit worried about what I would receive. I needn't have as my framed digital print was lovely and it looked like a painting. Good communication and updates and it arrived quicker than I expected. Would definitely order again

The black and white pencil print is only sent as an email which you have to print off yourself. Absolute rubbish. You can just download an art app and copy something yourself. Extremely disappointed with it and the company’s replies to my complaining emails. I thought I was paying for a proper drawing.

The portrait I ordered for my border collie who passed away 3 years ago arrived today and its amazing and just like the picture I sent them. Good for the money and you must buy from them.

Wouldn't recommend I ordered the black and white pencil portrait for two of my dogs, as the samples look amazing. I recieved them over email which I was not told and they both didn't even look like the photos I uploaded. I emailed asking painted paws if I paid extra could I have the body of one added as the head looks like its floating, they replied saying no if I dont like them I have to pay and order a different one. Unprofessional and very rude. Wish I read these reviews before I paid £40 for a email picture that's not even of my pets!

Overall, the experience was good.

- Lead time was very short, from payment to completed drawing it was 6 days. It was then despatched very quickly and it was well packaged. That said, my order was in October, so I guess before the busy time!
- As pointed out by others, the pictures are computer prints. This was disappointing, however they are very well painted and they represent the likeness of the pets.
- I had issues with the website, which didn't include all of the extras nor did it save uploaded photos, so that had to be followed up by email. That said, the follow up was quick.
- They do not make it clear on the website that they will only paint your pet's head. One of the photos I had in mind incluced paws which are part of my pet's character so I really wanted them in the picture. They agreed, which was nice.

So a bit of a mixed bag. I think they're good value for money, I looked around and actual painted portraits are way more expensive.

If I could give Zero, I would. Don't waste your time, I received a picture and it looked nothing like the picture I sent them. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn't get one as it had already been commissioned to the artist. I received the print recently and it isn't even a pencil drawing.

Definitely a con doubt it was even drawn by a actual human. Don't waste your money.

Product described as "pencil drawings" but they're not. They're cheap computer prints. Go to a proper artist.
The company are also not interested in your feedback.

Use an app for the same result! I ordered a coloured pencil portrait of my pet in A5 framed and my order summary showed this. What I received is an A6 photograph of a drawing. Contacted the company who originally agreed it was wrong size then said the sizing included the frame! (Still nowhere near an A5).
Regarding not receiving a pencil drawing.... “Our work is carried out by artists that are not always in the same location which would mean it would take a lot longer than our guide of 2 weeks for customers to receive the "original" piece. We advertise that they can be received as a printable email, a print or on canvas; and that is what we provide.”
I think we would all be happy to wait more than 2 weeks to receive an original and this is why I wonder, if there is an “original“, what happens to it? Basically if you want to achieve the same result, go to the App Store, download an art app and select “pencil drawing” for the same result.
Company also don’t have a reviews section on their Facebook. If you are proud of your work, and your customers are happy with what they receive, surely you want your customers to be able to post glowing reviews?? Truly telling.

This is the worst experience I have had. Looking at their website and facebook you think all is fine, Looks like good product and probably I have not received anything so cannot say. I ordered on the 04/12 cutting it fine for Christmas but opted for email version only. 10-12 days to complete the art work. approx 10 days later I tried to contact them no response to messenger, their contact page or the email address provided. To this date still not responded only through messenger. Finally answered before Christmas and was told no sorry not going to preview before Christmas, I said I would be a little more patient as I was promised update the next day. No update or response then to further messages. When I ask for an update all I get is hello my name is Jovy how can I help, completely ignoring all requests and the delay in receiving product. I am now requesting refund which is being ignored. It is now 1 month from order and still no resolution. I saw many unhappy customer posts on fb page which just get deleted. This is showing them in a glowing light and not highlighting the poor customer service, delays in provided product, no response to emails and queries and unable to resolve any issues.
