Had to go into isolation unexpectedly
Had to go into isolation unexpectedly. Ordered a box of fruit, eggs, bread, etc, that was delivered the next day. Life saver - not to mention beautiful food. Highly recommend.

The fruit included in the basket changes depending on what the best is that we have in store on that day. If our bananas aren't up to scratch, they'll be replaced with something else! Currently we're sending out a lot of locally grown stonefruit which is delicious.

Disappointed
This is the first time I have been on hand to see the delivery, although i have used your site several times. I thought that a Bottle of Champagne that retails at about $50 and a small block of chocolate in a cracker for $99.00 was fairly over priced. Disappointed to say the least.

The House Of Chocolate cracker included is premium hand-crafted chocolate which retails at a much higher price than standard chocolate. In addition to this, the cost needs to factor in the other elements of this gift including the wooden gift box, wood wool and our staffs time to make the box.
Our ambition is to create products that are fairly priced. After taking into consideration all of the elements involved we hope that you can appreciate that it's more than just the cost of the champagne and the chocolate that we need to cover as a small business.

Unfortunately the cap on the room…
Unfortunately the cap on the room deodoriser was not secure and by the time the hamper was delivered to my son and family, the liquid had spread throughout the hamper. I was extremely disappointed, though some of the goods were retrievable.

An excellent and reliable gift service.
My son lives in Auckland and I have used Paddock to Pantry on two occasions now. The first was for his birthday in October and more recently a present for Christmas. I am very impressed by the service provided. The gifts were excellently presented, delivered on time as requested and the quality of the produce looked superb and I am told they were indeed and greatly appreciated. I will have no hesitation in using the company again as it makes present buying for family in New Zealand so easy and reliable. Many thanks for an excellent service.
