We used as many recommendations as we had time for and everything was wonderful! Every food stop was amazing, every activity was just as described, and our hotel was perfect. We celebrated a birthday while on our trip and we even had several little birthday treat surprises throughout our stay.

We had a great trip! Both of us being social studies teachers, the history of Charleston was absolutely fascinating and a great destination chosen for us! The scheduled tours and dinners were perfect!

Our surprise trip to San Diego was flawless from start to finish! Hotel was incredible with gorgeous pool and spa. We fit so much into 4 days: snorkeling at La Jolla, the Zoo, Balboa Park. Pack up and Go picked the best restaurants as well. I highly recommend this company!

We arrived to our surprise destination, and our packet told us check in was at 3pm, and the front desk at our destination said they don’t allow people to check in until 4pm. Thankfully they had a clubhouse we were able to hang out in for the hour! They had complimentary games, coffee, and even a map you could place a push pin on that showed where you came from! We finally made it in to our location, it was very quiet, and clean. We unpacked and settled in! They decorated our room with some rose petals and wine, was a very nice touch considering it was valentines weekend! They check in was easy, and all of our room amenities worked good for the most part.
The coffee maker definitely needs a sign stating how to use properly, they maintenance crew had to come show us how to use it properly because they have taken parts away due to past makers getting broke. Was just a bit frustrating after I tried to make coffee 6 times, a little sign would’ve been great, or a note in our packet. We ventured outside to our patio which had a grill, chairs, and a hot tub, and we were ecstatic! unfortunately the hot tub was nowhere near warm and we were bummed it hadn’t been warmed up per our arrival, so we had to call maintenance and they maintenance and they came to the rescue. While we waited about 4 hours for it to heat up, we ventured downtown which was only 8 mins away from the destination. super convenient! Enjoyed a 3 day weekend in the geodesic dome, cooking, roaming the woods and enjoying the scenic view and hot tub the most! The pre planned itinerary was pretty spot on and accommodated us well, we used the packed all weekend for all our adventures. We saw many museums, ate at some amazing restaurants, and ventured around Hot Springs, Arkansas all weekend. I would definitely plan another journey with pack up + go, it took the stress of having to preplan and book the trip, and the itinary / list of places and things was so helpful when trying to decide where to go or what to eat because its all based off your personal likes!

This was nothing short of amazing! My boyfriend and I went celebrating his birthday/our anniversary and every reservation we had mentioned that! The hotel stay was perfect! The events planned showcased the city in the best way, and the food…. There are no words other than SCRUMPTIOUS! There was also plenty of time for us to his a few spots on our own and explore. Not only will we be back to Chicago, we will DEFINITELY take another Packup&Go trip!

This was our 5th trip with Pack Up & Go, and they have not disappointed! We have done the road trip, fly away and most recently the fly adventure trip that took us away from the major city. We had so much fun, and the location was amazing. We want to go back since we weren't able to everything we wanted to while we were there. These trips are such a fantastic way to discover places we would have not thought about going! Seriously, fill out the questionnaire and click submit - you won't be disappointed!

Pack Up+ Go planned the perfect solo getaway for me! I was so excited when I opened my packet that morning to discover they were sending me to Santa Barbara, a town I’d always wanted to visit! I chose “outdoor road trip” & all the activities they planned for me were right up my alley (zip lining, sunset kayak tour, SB Botanic Garden). They also made dinner reservations for me at top-notch restaurants (I’m a foodie). Their list of things to see & do was so extensive (I love choices!) I only got to do a few of them, but plan on going back to do more (using Pack Up + Go again, of course). The room they got for me had the most amazing view of the ocean & Channel Islands. After posting to my social media how wonderful my getaway was, many friends said they’re interested in trying it, too. Such a fun, exciting thing to do! Throughout my trip I had a few questions, and Pack Up + Go always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated!

Loved this surprise trip to Denver! Made a lot of memories and explored a new place we’ve never been before. Had new food experiences. Saw many parts of the city. So fun!

The customer service was top-notch, and the materials were charming. The itinerary was super well-organized and fit the preferences we expressed. There was an activity booked each day and a dinner reservation each evening. Unfortunately, the restaurants that were booked were kind of disappointing food-wise, and pretty pricey. We ended up not even going to the last one because the first three had been busts. Overall not sorry we tried it, but the whole experience wasn't a good value for the money. We'll just let ChatGPT plan it next time.

The trip was great and we plan to go back to Fredericksburg Texas and we plan to do another adventure trip. The only thing I felt missing was an instruction sheet for the airstream we stayed in at Das Peach Haus. We figured it out but it would have been nice to have instructions on the heating and cooling, TV and radio use etc. All and all it was a great trip

This was our first experience with Pack Up + Go and we would certainly recommend it to others, especially for those people looking for an adventure. The materials we received were clear and comprehensive. All tickets were correct and the activities were a good mix to have over our 3-day trip to San Francisco. We had fun doing this!

We had a good time in Savannah, but I have to be honest: We were not thrilled to be sent to a city that we've been to so many times that we stopped going there. This was our third PU&G trip, but our first road trip. It made us realize that while the suspense was fun we are more than equipped to plan a trip within a six-hour drive ourselves. No offense to PU&G at all — their planning was as usual fun and interesting — it's just that we're really experienced travelers. [Remember, you pestered me with emails to write this review. ;) ] I will say that the Husk Old-Fashioned at the restaurant Husk was phenomenal!

The restaurants and activities that were planned were great! We really enjoyed everything! It was too bad it was raining and cold. We would have loved to walk around Richmond more.

This was our 3rd Pack up Go trip, the first time doing a road trip. As always, the accommodations were fantastic. The daily activities were fun and the restaurant selections were wonderful. The only negative comment is actually on us. We should have noted in the pre-planning that we did not want to go someplace in our home state. We have been to Savannah lots but we still had a wonderful time. I am a Type A and usually plan our trips to the nth degree. It is fun to do a Pack Up Go trip and go where they take us. Just showing up and not having to plan is actually a lot of fun!

This was my second time with Pack Up + Go. I loved both trips but this one was absolutely amazing. It was everything I asked for. Peace, trees, animals and reading. The place I stayed was beautiful and so hard to leave.

My wife and I had a fantastic time on our trip. We used Pack Up + Go to plan our honeymoon and it was the best decision we could have made! We were sent to Austin Texas, which was a pleasant surprise - we loved it there! Being in the middle of downtown and getting to walk everywhere was one of the things we kept commenting on while there. The ease of access to restaurants/bars and being able to walk along the Colorado River and "Lady Bird Lake" (still don't know why it's called a lake when it's the river) for some beautiful nature was the best of both worlds. We did a lot while there and had a blast, we can't wait to go back and visit. It's safe to say that we will use Pack Up + Go again for another city adventure!

Overall a very fun experience. I did the option where you tell Pack Up & Go where you were traveling and they book the accomodations, events, etc. On the whole I had a really fun time and I loved the surprise factor of things. That said there was some hiccups - timing wise we missed a prepaid event because there was not enough time to get from the airport to the hotel and then to the event. We also couldn't go to one of the dinners (which they did comp us back for) which was supposed to be a birthday dinner because the restaurant didn't comply with the food allergy limitations of our group. I also got charged on my personal credit card for the hotel we stayed at. Pack Up and Go did handle all these issues well and worked with me so I really appreciated their customer service, but it was a bit annoying just having to deal with.
