Nice mix of dog food
Nice mix of dog food, treats and biscuits on this site. This delivery was well packed, although I did have a few broken dog biscuits which could have been down to delivery. Would order again of course. This is just one of many packages I have had from this company.

Hi Michelle
Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review on trust pilot we really appreciate this!
We will certainly look into more robust packaging for our dog biscuits but with them being biscuits I think there is always a chance of some breaking in the postage system.
Best regards,
David

Unbeatable value gets Package Pets 5 stars. If I have a complaint it is that there is usually at least one thing I want to purchase out of stock but with such competition beating prices it isn’t surprising. Always my first port of call when I need to stock up on hamster supplies.

We recently changed our stock management system and it has been a nightmare for stock levels being wrong but we are working hard to improve with out of stocks.
