I cannot recommend Pacifix and Anderson highly enough. He is highly knowledgeable and was thoughtful, communicative and responsive throughout the job. He takes the greatest care and pride in his work.

He helped to resolve an issue which required a replacement of our existing boiler with speed and care. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we were back up and running as quickly as possible, though didn’t cut any corners and made sure that the job was done properly first time.

He offered a fair price and really worked flat out, though always with a smile on his face - even where some unexpected hurdles needed to be overcome, where he was calm and adaptable to keep things moving along.

He also respected our home and was tidy and careful throughout, which means a lot.

If you are seeking a trustworthy, experienced and talented plumber - be it for a complex job such as ours, or for general maintenance - I cannot recommend Anderson and Pacifix highly enough.

Anderson is really lovely and knowledgeable, responded very fast even on Christmas day and was able to come very quickly. Took care of my dripping boiler and helped with a few other bits while he was here.

He came to replace replace two heating elements for my immersion heater . Very reliable , regular updates with progress of the work. It took a lot longer than he envisaged but charged me his original quote . Will definitely use Anderson again . Thank you Anderson !

Anderson was really great!!! Very quick availability, good communication, and when he arrived he was friendly and respectful, explained what was up with my boiler in terms that I understood (but without being patronising either which is nice), and proceeded to fix it and give me some good advice for the future. Very knowledgeable too, and will be relying on him for any future plumbing & heating things.

When our boiler failed Pacifix came at short notice and provided a fast and efficient repair service.

I've had the pleasure of having Anderson help me with my boiler before, so it was a no brainer when it came to contacting him when I started having issues with the underfloor heating. Anderson was and is professional, polite and punctual. He summarised the issues I was having, what the most likely cause was and what the next best steps are. If there have been issues with either scheduling or parts not being available, Anderson has been quick to contact me and communicate. Definitely recommend. Top tip : book any follow ups or future visits early - only cause they're so popular.

Telephoned Anderson to look at my boiler which wasn’t working. After discussing options I took the plunge to have it replaced. Anderson communicated extremely well, providing quotations and recommendations. During the installation he kept me updated with photographs and text messages. On completion, Anderson and his team thoroughly checked everything before I signed off the work. He is very helpful, professional and a diligent worker in providing the best service to a customer. Fantastic service, life saver unblocking a kitchen pipe which was stopping us from using the Kitchen. Came at very short notice, and was friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Amazing work by Anderson. We had a water leak in our ceiling, coming from a bathroom, and he managed to trace and repair it very quickly. He then repaired the ceiling and did other works in the house (repair a gas leak from the fireplace, and fix the flush from one toilet).
Wonderful communication, very fast for the repairs, available as soon as possible (and for us it was the next day in morning), and no bad surprise the invoice.
I truly recommend this company.

Prompt and reliable service on a Sunday. Water faucet on bathtub broke and after searching all Saturday for plumbers that promised to show up but didn’t, Anderson responded on a Sunday morning armed with a new faucet after sending him pictures of the problem. The proactiveness was splendid and the problem was solved in a couple of hours. Thanks Anderson.

Anderson was amazing! We noticed a leak on our landing that was caused by the boiler that had corroded. He came out right away to advice us on how to control the leak and then came back to fix us a new boiler. He was very thorough, efficient and I hardly noticed the job being done as him and his assistant were very respectful of the fact I was working. The new boiler was installed within the day and I was amazed at how tidy the boiler room was left considering the mess our old boiler had produced. He was also very kind, friendly and patient (as I'm not very knowledgeable about boilers). Will definitely call out this company again if we have any further plumbing jobs.
