It was easy and smooth process. Great service.

Printer ink was delivered promptly and works well. The price of delivery makes one pause but we did not have any other option but to order from the printer supplier as they provided the printer which is not supported by Brother in Australia.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. They are completely dishonest and deceptive. I asked their support if a certain part was compatible with my printer, instead of chasing up the enquiry for me, they referred me to the manufacturer and gave me the manufacturer's contact number who advised it was... turns out it wasn't.

The company won't take responsibility and despite accepting the item returned, are now claiming it as "change of mind" when in fact we were lied to by manufacturer because the lazy support staff wouldn't follow up on our enquiry in the first place.

I was told to return the item, which I have, in the original packaging. They are now refusing to refund me, want to give me store credit which they haven't done and to add insult to injury want to charge a 30% restocking fee.

I claimed a chargeback through my credit card company and OZ Toner are trying to charge the full amount of the order despite the fact they have the item.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE SWINDLED BY THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

I ordered HP laser toner cartridges that were listed as in stock online. After a week or so I contacted them only to be advised the items were out of stock. They offered to ship me higher yield toners at no charge. Well no charge here we are 3 1/2 weeks later and I have just been advised by OZ Toner to chase ( their courier firm) directly. Still waiting....I ordered toners from another supplier and received them in 2 days - Really poor service

Service, availability & price.

I ordered a printer online two weeks ago and never received any updates. After finally getting in touch with staff, I found out they just forgot to ship it. I explained that I urgently needed it for my business and asked for express shipping due to the two-week delay, but they still sent it standard with just a “sorry,” completely ignoring my comments and questions. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Website was easy to use, fast reliable service, thank you very happy.

Love getting my Canon Ink from someone I have found I can trust. They helped me with my old printer and now again with my (relatively) new one!

Awful company. Awful customer service. Ordered a printer and received no updates. After 2 weeks we tried to chase up and just kept getting responses of we are looking into it. Another week goes by and we keep chasing up and then they tell us they only had one of our ordered printers and it’s damaged so try offering us something else. We said no we just want our money back and after a week there’s still no reply to that request. Still trying to chase a reply and to receive our money back.

I hadn't used your company before and was delighted that I received the toner within a couple of days.

Excellent customer service. a cartridge we purchased wasn't working in our printer. We were given a lot of help at the warehouse, and a spare cartridge to help us trouble shoot.
