The whole process was smooth. Needed two heat pumps installed. Had a free quote done. 2 weeks later they were installed. Thanks Oxy!

Disappointing experience with no follow up from company when issues were communicated to them.

Alex was great to deal with when getting a quote. He was more thorough than the several other people who visited, and answered all my questions and concerns.
(The first business we saw took 14 days to send us a quote - the heat pumps had already been installed at that point!)
I'm always a bit nervous when paying someone a lot of money to do a job around the home, and we've had some less than ideal work done before. Bob's work is to a very high standard in terms of finish, there were 2 tricky areas that required attention to detail and Bob really nailed it . It looks very tidy and I'm very impressed.

Our ducted system broke down in May and has been out of action right through Winter. There have been several visits usually 2 or 3weeks apart with various parts swapped out but still no fix. We have had to borrow heaters to get by and our power bill is through the roof. We are calling frequently as no information or notification of a solution has been forthcoming from either oxygen air or Fujitsu. Mid August now and still no resolution.

The unit is great however we have found getting an appointment from service department not great. Our system stopped working in the 7th July a weekend and we contacted them however the service department is not open on the weekend. Phoned on the 9th July and the earliest appointment was 7-8 days later. Unfortunately they didnt have the part so we had to make another appointment 26th July. The serviceman arrived replaced part and left without testing. System didnt work so we quickly phoned Oxygenair who got serviceman to phone us . We live in Red Beach and he phoned from Waiwera he said he would contact the company. We havent heard anything so phoned this morning and again have to wait 5 days for someone to come and repair.
I feel this service is unacceptable. We have no other heating in the house so it has been fairly chilly night.

Just thought i would update you all. Following the above report a guy from Fujitsu came and assessed unit . Ordered part which I believe was a fan but unfortunately there were none in NZ!! 😲 The part is going to take 6-8 weeks to arrive and at this stage I believe that is late September delivery. The service guy tried to find a second hand part to tie us over to no avail.
I find it unbelievable that parts for units are not held in NZ especially a fan!!!! This is really a Fujitsu problem not Oxygenair however maybe they need to complain to manufacturer.🤷‍♂️ I just want heating in my home getting sick of wrapping up in a sleeping bag at night.

Just an update. Service man arrived today with Fan however unit still does not work. Now they are ordering a power board. Fingers crossed maybe we will have power next week!!!!!!!!🙏

We would like to inform you our heating has at last been repaired. It has taken 11weeks and winrter has passed.
I would like to reiterate the actual induction system is great and the installation by Oxygen Air was very professional.
We feel service needs reviewing and perhaps Fujitsu need to face their responsibilities to customers and hold more stock and diagnosis teams in NZ . Very Happy to our unit up and working. .

very dodgy, they convinced me to purchased an airducting machine worth over $8000k saging nothing else would work when I initially only asked for a heatpump in hallway.
I told them I could only get half the funds and they were happy to wait. they damaged my house and put vents in wrong place, i coildnt even open my wardrobes, holes in ceiliny, communication was shocking, the machine is not fit for purpose and trying to find a solution with this company is a joke.
They wrote in email that they could wait until I had the rest of the finances and now I received a threatening email about debt collections and possibly bankruptcy.
Absolutely disgusted in this company and I'll be seeking legal advice.

I recently had a Panasonic heat pump installed by Oxygen Air, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They offered a good price and demonstrated thorough planning throughout the process. The installation was quick, and the installers were very friendly and competent. I highly recommend Oxygen Air for anyone needing a heat pump!

Great customer service, installation was quick and no hassle. Staff was clear in there directions and wonderful to work with. Professional service, would recommend them and use them again.

I originally had natural gas heating, however the cost was too high so decided to go with heat pumps with the added advantage of air conditioning. Oxygen Air were the most competitive price and advised me on what would work best for my needs. I needed 4 heat pumps for the size of my house. They arranged an installation time, turned up at 8:30am and worked right through until almost 6pm.
The two installers/sparky were efficient, professional and set everything up for me. They tested all the pumps and assured me that everything was working.
I could get all but one heat pump to work (it was my fault I hasten to add, but didn't know that at the time) I contacted Oxygen Air and had an installer arrive within 30 minutes. Amazing service. I have nothing but praise for this company,

Our heat pump failed and I contacted Alex, the service he provided was second to none. Even with a time delay between when he quoted and when we went ahead, Alex was always happy to help, He even answered emails while on leave. The installation of the new heat pump was quick and clean. A big thank you to Alex, Darren, Bob and the ladies in the office that made it all happen.

This Company was amazing. They looked at all options for best heat pump performance including how to remedy our extraction fan which currently vents into a cupboard. Enquiry, installation and follow up service was outstanding- would definitely recommend and use again

I was looking for a heat pump and was referred to Oxygen Air by a mate. The assisted me with the best unit based on my house and room sizes and took into account the placement to maximise what the heat pump could produce.

The unit was installed quick and easy with no issues and team gave great aftersales service when I experienced some repair work due to a little DIY accident.
