The564 Compatible Printer ink problems fixed
The Printer ink that was listed as HP 564 Compatible was not recognised by my printer and it will not print. I will need to purchase the original ink.
My complaint was dealt with in a timely and positive manner and rectified even though it was partly my fault.

Hi Sherryn, thanks for speaking with us. We’re pleased we were able to identify the issue and help resolve it. The warning showing for the yellow cartridge is a normal message advising that a non-genuine cartridge has been installed. The issue with the black cartridge was that a Photo Black cartridge had been ordered, whereas your printer requires the standard Black version. As a goodwill gesture, we’ve sent the correct cartridge to you free of charge.

Great price, cartridge fits and works perfectly, and very prompt delivery. For someone just printing in black and white, and using infrequently, this is perfect.
