If you are in Queensland and need to return an item you will have to pay for the postage to return the item. The only store in Queensland is at the domestic airport

Basically I buy my vape PAVA touch AI for 95£ and didn't give me receve and guarantee after 3 weeks didn't charge on, so I went to shop to change my vape and they didn't at this point I will contact Citizens Advice police finance.

You sent two review requests, email and text, as well as a "welcome" spam email (alongside the regular order confirmation email) when all I did was buy one (1) thing on your website. Annoying

I had a very good experience with the staff, sorry I did not get his name but he was so good in suggesting things and knows your product very well, also informing me what comes next to the store. So there I went home very happy with my purchase😊

I viewed a smart men's coat on the Oxford Store website and preferred to try it on prior to purchasing. I visited the retail store in Southland Shopping center and received excellent service from the sales consultant. I tried on a few different styles in varies colours and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also received great advise as to which coat looked best on me and went with that advise.
I am extremely happy with the coat quality and the fabric is tops and will definitely be purchasing form The Oxford Shop again
Keep up the great products and customer service

Always been very happy with the quality and service with the Oxford brand

I am delighted with the quality of my online purchases and the team went above and beyond to find me an item that was out of stock. I will definitely be buying from them again. Really great service. Thank you!

Love the sales. Such good quality clothing. Good size guide.

The lady that served me was amazing, so professional, friendly and willing to assist. Thank you for the lovely shopping experience.

Fast, speedy and accurate delivery.
Easy to order online but a little difficult to ensure whether or not your delivery will be left at the front door of your nominated address due to not being home.
Regardless of the value it should be a given that if you request home delivery it is there when you get home and not redirected to a clearing house especially if you request express delivery.

Sarry was brilliant! So professional and great personality! I was able to get a wonderful collection of stylish clothing at an extremely reasonable price.

Very quick shipping experience and offers free shipping which is awesome! Quality of clothing is great too especially the women blazers. Well recommended.

I recently ordered two polos for work and both shirts were faulty. The stitching in the collar tags have started to rip away from the shirts leaving holes in the fabric after only a month of use. I know mistakes happen and I believe in giving businesses a chance to remedy issues and judge them on how they deal with it rather than the issue itself. I contacted customer service and they were prompt in their communication until I provided the photos and order number and they have since ignored me. I've asked 3 times for an update and have been completely ignored. Oxford have been very disappointing and I won't purchase from them again.

I simply love the shirts.

Well looked after by helpful staff.
Exceptional value with the deal I got as well.
