I really enjoyed using Oxford Abstracts to manage the abstracts submission, reviewers assignment and decision notifications. Also, it helped me to generate reports and customize the platform to my needs.

I have a very different and negative experience from most. I am a retired volunteer (Ph.D.) serving as the Scientific Program Chair for a conference. It is my first time using Oxford. I have spent hours and hours and days and days just trying to accomplish simple tasks. I find the help modules to be marginally helpful. Often not helpful at all. The videos go way too fast. They skip too many steps. When I finally get a Zoom meeting scheduled ther experts move too fast. When you finally get the software to work after 10 hours to complete a 10 minute task; it works super. It should not be that hard. It is not intuitive. This may be great scientific meeting software for someone who works day to day in the program, but as a new volunteer to the software it is far to difficult to use.

Our company has used Oxford Abstracts for years & we are continually impressed with the product that is offered & the evolution of product as the years go on. We started using them to have to build our science conference program to have presenters post their submissions & have reviewers review in the platform. As well as organizing all accepted submissions into our conference schedule. This year (2022) we utilized the admissions function for processing tickets to the conference as well as zoom integration as well which prevented us from having to utilize another paid organizations. This was our third vitual conference but our first year using Oxford Abstracts for almost full use of the conference, it went so well, better than our previous virtual programs & using our team we saved on purchasing from a third party who's platform doesn't work as well as Zoom. The integration was pretty seamless using Oxford Abstracts extensive video tutorials on youtube. We did have to select the Zooms setting to how we wanted participants to view each session, which Oxford Abstracts has no control over, its nice to have the options of altering those settings how we wanted.
The new tools we used were pretty simple to understand since we are familiar with the user interface of Oxford Abstracts.
As always we were grateful for the wonderful customer service that was provided to us whenever a question or an error on our part arose, the teams at Oxford Abstracts were prompt to reply & always with helpful insights. We really appreciate the product that Oxford Abstracts has built & is always seeming to improve without compromising what was offered previously. We will keep using Oxford Abstracts in the years to come for any of our conference or scientific conference needs & it is easy for us to recommend anyone to utilize Oxford Abstracts for their in-person, hybrid, or virtual conferences.

Oxford made it very easy to review and rate all abstracts. I liked that it automatically saved as I reviewed.
