The text from the abstracts was easy to read, there were some format changes. It was easy to click on the criteria and work though the abstracts , I liked leaving a comment

It has been an awesome experience to review abstract online. The guidelines were clear and the abstract were on point, short and precise.

This is a very simple rating. It might also good to have scoring, so, it would be easier to choose at the end if more abstract are accepted

The process was was not cumbersome and it was easy to follow.

I used the Oxford Abstracts software to organise a conference which took place last August/September and which counted about 900 participants in hybrid mode. The software (which I knew previously, having been used it as a participant in another conference) comes with an array of useful tools and facilitates the organisation in different manners. It assists you in all the steps (abstracts submission / registration and payment / program building / hybrid conference). Its prices are quite competitive. Furthermore, the staff is very helpful and prompt in complying with any request one might have. Therefore, I cannot but reccommend it.

Oxford Abstracts have been very handy and makes it easy for reviewing/rating the entries received.

The daunting task of reviewing and rating 150 abstracts was certainly made easier with this program. the fact that it remained logged on while chrome was running was surprisingly welcomed. If only our electronic connect care chart were so user friendly. That it automatically saved, and allowed reviewing of completed forms made it almost as user friendly as real paper and a pencil and eraser. (better, really, of course)

the assessment criteria sometimes do not apply to certain abstracts. an option for n'not applicable', with a recalculation of the individual score with a reduced denominator may be helpful. not sure if this is a function within oxford abstracts.

great experience, very easy

Used Oxford Abstracts to review a series of papers for a software conference.

Fairly easy to use and it was helpful in keeping track of all the proposals, my comments, and the relative scores.

My experience with Oxford Abstract as Scientific Committee Co-Chair for a conference has been great so far. It took me some time to get used to the platform but once I got the hang of using the filters I've found it very fast and efficient to get relevant information.

The format was easy to use and it was possible to go back and review scores or add comments after recognizing trends in the content of the abstracts.
The layout and the progression from one review to the next were very user friendly. I marked 10 abstracts a day and was able to reenter, relocate and continue without difficulty. Nothing was lost.

It was easy to read format. The rating scale was simple which made it easy and doable.

We used Oxford Abstracts for a Public Health Symposium and we were truly impressed by the user-friendly experience of this platform. It was truly designed with Scientific Conferences in mind. Worth every investments.
