Ownprint: Print on Demand Jewelry & Accessories Recensioni

Put in a sample order, which looked nothing like the mockup.

Now been waiting for over a week for them to get back to me and either refund me or get it right.

In the meantime I haven't launched this in my online shop, as I dont trust they can deliver what the mockups look like.

Bad customer service so far.

Great customer service and product quality. I constantly receive 5 stars reviews for their products. We work with the company for 3 years already and it’s amazing! Cheers to constant growth!

I've been using Ownprint for my print-on-demand jewelry business and have now completed 400+ orders with them. The fulfillment process has made running the business incredibly straightforward, allowing me to focus on the creative side without managing inventory or shipping myself. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with Ownprint and would happily recommend them to other sellers looking for a reliable print-on-demand partner.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company. The process to start is seamless and customer service is prompt and helps with any and all questions! The quality is consistent, and my finished products are beautiful!!!!!

The “moon” is the limit on creativity and designs. What else could you ask for? If you want to replace that dreadful 9-5… this is your SIGN!!! Could not ask for a better blessing. ❤️

I have an Etsy Shop with Ownprint and everything is running smoothly with them, fulfillment, great support, so, definetly will continue to work with them!

I love Ownprint. They provide good service and everything I need to run my own store. I suggest this platform for every beginner starting a jewelry business.

I signed up not knowing what to expect and manage to get my first 2 sale within 2 weeks of pushing my first product from their platform, which honestly surprised me. So I'm thankful. The jewelry quality is really nice and I like that i dont have to deal with stock or shipping myself. The app and their service has improved a lot lately, it's much easier to use now than when i first looked into doing print on demand with them. Recommending.

Very reliable and good experience. Would recommend!!

My experience with Ownprint was overall great. Andrew from support is my personal life saver haha, he always helped me out when I didn´t know what to do. Besides that: Product quality is top notch and delivery times super fast. Looking forward for the next years with you guys!

Very good experience. I like the product very much, high quality & fast shipping

Very pleased with quality and delivery time. I have already tried out a few POD providers and its always a quality oder delivery time issue.

Happy that I finally found a provider that can do both.

Very good quality, fast delivery. Would recommend

I had a very negative experience with this company. I run a small Etsy shop which was severely impacted by their misrepresentations. Instead of being forthcoming about product issues they were having, they dragged it out for weeks. Meanwhile I spent countless hours adding products to my shop and taking orders. It they had been truthful, the situation could have been avoided.

Such an amazing POD provider, fast and kind email responses and you know you are contacted by real people. No problems to make changes to the ordered design.
They take any suggestions seriously and change their products or offers, to satisfy their customers. And that is huge ☺️
The necklaces are so delicate and beautiful, great quality.
I honestly don’t have any complaints ☺️

Great service wonderful jewelry

They are unresponsive during problems which is bringing down our etsy store. Dont recommend. This is on a daily aswell

I am incredibly disappointed with Ownprint. The customer support was bad, the user experience was frustrating, and there were significant delays in shipping. To top it off, they don't ship to all countries as promised. A regrettable experience overall.

I am very happy! Ownprint connects to Shopify easily. If I need more customization, Alex, my supplier relations agent, responds quickly and often surprises me that the customization is possible. The quality of the product is high.

I am working with OWNPRINT for a year now and am super happy that I found them. They helped me building not just a drop shipping business but a real brand with product quality I can rely on. Big shoutout to Alex for his perfect customer support and also fairness when it comes to returns and reshipping.

One thing I need to add is that they are always improving their products, quality and fulfillment time.

I was looking for a POD supplier that offers jewelry, is based in the EU, offers good product quality and works well with Shopify.
I really searched for a long time for the perfect supplier that offers everything I wanted.
After initial teething problems, which are totally normal when you start with something new, I wasn't disappointed with Ownprint and I'm glad I chose them.
Alex offers fast, solution-oriented support, sometimes responds late in the evening, the products are very nicely engraved and you can ship to almost any country and quickly too.
If you are looking for something negative, you will always find something, but I can only say that I am very satisfied with the team and the service.
Keep up the good work!
