I ordered a lovely tv stand at a great…
I ordered a lovely tv stand at a great price. It took about a week to arrive but when it did two parts were damaged, appeared like it had been dropped. I emailed customer service and Katie replied straight away and I had replacement parts delivered the next day. Katie and Will were very nice and accommodating and couldn’t be any more helpful. I will definitely keep Own Furniture in mind for any future furniture needs. Great service, great products.

So I bought a shoe cabinet back in…
So I bought a shoe cabinet back in August now because I was still in the middle of decorating when it arrived I didn’t open it and just put it away not until last night I finally got it out only to realise that they had sent me a wrong colour
Now I got worried since I had this since August and I didnt think they will be able to do anything but I still emailed them and Katie the next day got back to me and said not a problem they will arrange to pick it up and do a straight swap I was very relieved and very pleased with the service
I highly recommend to shop here for your household
The quality is amazing so is the price
And the best customer service I have ever seen.

Non other then a Fraud Company
Now they are start deleting my review. And they are not giving me any update on my furniture. Just keep saying will let you know when supplier comes back.
Everyone- please don’t buy from this company… whoever got their furniture on time they are just lucky..
remember, you can not be luck every time ..
These type of companies are just to get money of customers and fly…
I am frustrated now and had to ask to return the furniture, I hope I will get my money back on time before they disappear.

Yes refund has been processed. But this does not mean that you have good service. The entire process has been a very disappointing.

The quality of the furniture is amazing, right down to every little detail and the instructions were so easy to follow. Customer services are very kind and caring, and really helpful with my query. I'm appalled at the quality of their…
I'm appalled at the quality of their furniture and customer service. I bought a flat pack chest of drawers from Own Furniture and they're unusable, despite being built correctly. I've had to buy another set from a different company. The drawers don't sit straight; they don't close or open properly, and fall out whenever they're even slightly opened. They're easily the poorest quality item I've ever bought, and they weren't especially cheap. I'm very disappointed. I've been in contact with the customer service team several times to request a collection and refund, and they're giving me every excuse not to do anything about it. I've sent multiple photos and videos showing how bad the drawers are, and I'm being palmed off time and time again. I'm seeking advice from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and my bank, because I've clearly been ripped off by this scam company.
Re the response: the company ordered me to disassemble the drawers and have it boxed in order to send it back. I don't understand why they couldn't collect it built - now it's completely useless as, surprise surprise, it fell to pieces during disassembly. I'll probably now have to pay a professional to remove it anyway, so it's cost me more money. This company is a complete scam. AVOID. I'm still waiting for a solution more than 2 months on. They have not offered a solution and are being deliberately difficult.

We're very sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. We want to reassure you that our customer service team are not making excuses, we are genuinely trying to offer helpful guidance and tips to resolve the issue for you.
At present, we are awaiting images of the chest of drawers boxed, sealed and ready for collection to ensure it can be safely transported, as the only image we currently have shows it in a laundry bag. Unfortunately, it isn't safe to send it through the courier network in that bag.
We are more than happy to arrange collection and a refund once the item is safely packaged. Heavy-duty bin bags or similar protective packaging can be used, and as soon as we receive confirmation with images, we can proceed with a collection and process your refund.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to safely resolve this issue.
Update: To clarify, we do not require the item to be returned in its original packaging. You had mentioned in an email that you had boxes available at home following your house move, which is why we suggested using those. However, we have confirmed that as long as the item is suitably packaged and protected for a safe transit, we can arrange the collection without issue.

The triple wardrobe,poor service,quality
The triple wardrobe we bought was damaged on delivery, the company said the photos we sent were not good enough. We got the delivery driver to take pictures so they had there pictures as well.The company were very unhelpful, the wardrobe poor quality, I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Nightmare Avoid!!!

Wardrobe arrived with multiple pieces damaged. Customer services organised replacements which took a week to come an 2 pieces are damaged again. Nightmare of an experience and would highly avoid this company, I’ll either have to wait for more replacements or look for a full refund depending what they say.

Quality for the price is rubbish
Quality for the price you pay is substandard and the parts do not always match up. Cheap plastic handles and the items look nothing like the pictures on the website. Wardrobes are slightly flimsy some of the fixings snapped when trying to use them. Unless you wnat cheap looking items for a high price avoid at all costs.
I did check the items when I received them but couldn't put them together for some time so therefore when I did actually put them together and find that some bits did not match up was very annoying.

The materials used for each product are also clearly listed on our product pages to help set expectations before purchase.
I can see that you contacted our customer service team regarding the cam nuts, and replacements were ordered and requested the same day. These were dispatched via Royal Mail First Class, and it appears this issue has now been resolved.
