I first met with Erin on 31st July to discuss my will. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly, ensuring all aspects were covered and addressing any concerns I had with professionalism and reassurance. The appointment was relaxed, straightforward, and made the entire process easy to understand.
We then met again on 13th August for the signing of my will, and this appointment was equally efficient and well organised. Erin took the time to ensure that all points had been covered and that I remained completely happy with everything we had previously discussed.

I was completely ignorant of the Probate process so asked Erin Green for help after my husband died. She came to see me at home with Poppy Fitzgerald and explained everything to me. Then I left everything in their capable hands not knowing just how complicated the process would prove to be.

Suddenly, it seemed as if it all fell into place and I can relax that all the hard work has been done by Erin and Poppy and would not hesitate to recommend this pair from Owen Kenny if you need help with Probate.

My brother died suddenly without a will and intestate with complicated circumstances and on the other side of the country.

Owen Kenny gave me their 'A' Team made up of Erin Green and Poppy Fitzgerald, to deal with his estate and get Probate granted.

This meant the property had to be cleared out and sold. Then for them came the huge amount of bureaucracy, paperwork, indifference and frustration the process entailed.

When I received the statement of accounts I was staggered by how much they had to deal with, which shows how professional and competent they both are.

What stands out is that there were no misunderstandings, no confusion, just clarity and purpose from Erin and Poppy. In my professional career i encountered confusion and misunderstanding often but not once with them. They earned every penny of their fees many times over.

I got a phone number to contact Erin Green at The Owen Kenny Partnership so that I could get her to write my will and when I rang, spoke to Poppy, who wrote down all my details, booked an appointment for the 15th May 2026, then Erin got back to me to confirm.
Erin came round to my house where we discussed everything that I needed to put into my will, and found her really lovely, and very easy to talk too. After deciding everything, she left, booking another appointment for the 19th May 2026, to come back in a with the completed will to sign.
Erin and Poppy, came back round and made the experience really pleasant and easy to understand, what a very lovely couple of young ladies, delighted with everything.

We really felt that our best interests were being looked after at all times.
