Plan change

Change of plan as previous plan had finished
It was a good experience considering I usually prefer to speak to a person .
Jess H answered all my questions in a timely manner and my business was concluded promptly.

Billing Enquiry

I noticed that I was running a fair bit of credit on my account. I called OVO and asked if I could skip a couple of payments. They said yes without any hassles.
They set it up for me and all is well.

Excellent communication skills by Jess H

Jess H was prompt and courteous, and solved my query extremely efficiently. It was also really lovely to be greeted with a cheerful Hi there, which reminds you that you are talking to a real person on the other end of the chat!
