Greg Bates did an excellent job of presenting his company's guidelines in such a manner as to make the process relatively easy for me to complete the requirements of the company. His easy going demeanor and personality greatly enhance the completion of the process. Greg is a good representative of his company and ensures that he gets back to people as quickly as possible to make the transition of the insurance process a smooth one.
