Although I didn’t get an offer, I appreciated Geoff’s effort and that his communication skills were outstanding. He kept me in the loop even though the Hollidays. This isn’t a fun exercise, but Geoff made it easy.

Greg Bates has been extremely helpful. Every time he told me he was going to call or e-mail me, I would always get a phone call or e-mail a lot sooner than he had told me. Greg should be hired to train other people in his field to care for their customers. In the future, I plan on contacting Greg for everything that I am searching for in the areas of insurance, etc. Greg did a great job, and I am recommending him.

I was working with a settlement company for two months and it was very stressfull. I called Life Settlement and spoke Geoff Schacht. He took some information from me, and with a few phone calls he was able to get me a quote for my policy. Within the month I had the closing papers signed and received my settlement a few weeks later. The efficiency and professionalism of working with Geoff and Life Settlement was so vastly different from the first company. I would highly recommend Geoff.

I was interested after seeing an advertisement for Ovid that was interested in acquiring my policy for cash. I spoke with Daniel Wingrad a Regional Director who was professional in all my dealings with him. The amount offered did not make sense at this time. Should I need to sell my policy later I will reach out to Daniel to reconsider purchasing my policy.

I'll keep this concise; Greg was the epitome of professionalism throughout my entire experience!!! Anything positive you can think of that you want to see as either a customer or employee, Greg has it!!! Give him a raise. He is Top Shelf!!!!

My client and I dealt with Geoff Schacht at Life Equity. After interviewing several other representatives of life equity settlement companies it was evident that Geoff was the right person for us to be able to feel comfortable and get a fair settlement for my client's policy. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to make a somewhat cumbersome process as seamless as possible. At one point in the process we received a better offer from another company and when Life Equity was not able to match the offer Geoff wished us well and said we were welcome to come back if things didn't work out. It turned out the process was too complicated with the other company and we did come back and Geoff picked up right where we left off and was able to complete the transaction very quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with Geoff and Life Equity and if the
occasion arises, I would not hesitate to refer other clients to them. Our experience was that the company is a class act with five-star service.

The gentleman I dealt with for several months (Greg Bates) was truly a pleasure to work with specifically as it related to his diligence and follow up. In addition, it did not take me long to figure out he is a nice human being ... the world needs more people like him :)

Greg took the time to speak kindly and patiently with me on a Term Life policy ending situation, even when it was apparent I was not eligible to give him any business. Most importantly, his determination in my case, was confirmed by another provider. Good man :)
