This is the worst hosting company…

This is the worst hosting company that's scamming people. I've paid the services and they confirmed the order. Later they cancelled the order and charged my credit card, although I haven't received any server to use. They are scamming people.

I have facing issue on server last 1…

I have facing issue on server last 1 month. the server is responding very slow and most of the times it is just loading, I checked all my resources is okay. but server is very slow. in last 1 week this problem is severe. i opened a ticket before 3 days(ticket no: 9862422) but they don't even reply the ticket. i am disappointed. i want to changed their server but due to in my commitment I cant change the server before September.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever ! I missed a bill (Not saw their emails) - they deleted my server, data, everything and then ask me to pay installation fee to create a new one. DONT USE THEM

Their service is very good

Their service is very good, it comes with anti ddos and the pricing is very good to. I have 2 servers with them and my uptime is 100%.

Unprocessed order. No response from the support.

Make an order for vps hosting and dedicated server. They instantly cancelled my order and put the funds on hold. They are not responding to any support tickets i sent. I have not heard any reason or any reply from them. It's been 4 days now. No response at all. Very unprofessional. Everyone should know about it.

OVHcloud Experience

OVHcloud is the best provider for bare metal clouds, offering top-notch DDoS protection. Their services are reliable and powerful, making them an excellent choice for anyone needing secure and high-performing cloud solutions. We've been using their services for our game servers with thousands of players monthly.

However, their customer support needs improvement. The response times are slow, which can be frustrating when urgent help is needed. Additionally, you have to pay for higher-level support, which can be a burden, especially for smaller businesses. Enhancing the basic support services would make OVHcloud even better.

We've carefully reviewed your order and account data, and unfortunately, our validation team had to decline your order . It seems that they couldn't find all the necessary security assurances.

To resolve this situation, please take a moment to review your personal information, including your name, address, and email, as well as our service's terms and conditions before attempting a new order.

Please note that when an order is canceled, we don't complete the transaction. The pre-authorization will automatically expire after a certain period, and it be cancelled from your statement. The reserved amount will be returned to your account balance. This process typically takes 9 to 14 days for credit card payments and up to 30 days for PayPal payments.

Please note that the processing time of bank/credit card companies is excluded.

If you cannot find the refund on your statement by that time, please contact your bank/credit card company for more information.

Very BAD Service EVER I Found

A few days ago I buy a VPS for 3 month, they said in my email if the service is being processing in 48 hours and they will send information from email, but until now i dont get any emails and my account can't be access, there written Invalid ID or Password actually my ID/Email and password is CORRECT !!! I try click forget password and i put my email in the form, but there is nothing response in my email, I create new account and open ticket on there but still no any response,,, THIS IS A SCAM AND TOTALLY STEALING, Bring back my money dude, What the hell are you thinking, are u happy with your CRIME??

Edited : No problem If you deactivated my account, but at least you refund my money !!

***UPDATE***
Following an analysis of the data related to your order or relating to your account, our validation department refused your order and deactivated the account because it appears that these do not provide all the necessary guarantees in terms of security.

In this case, it is important to consult the general conditions in connection with the service and to verify your personal information (surname, first name, address, email) before attempting a new order.
We do not finalize the transaction when an order is canceled, the pre-authorization will therefore automatically expire after a period of time and it will disappear completely from your statement (and the reserved amount will therefore be returned to the balance of your account). The deadline is 9 to 14 days for a credit card and up to 30 days for a Paypal payment.

It will therefore be impossible to reactivate the account and provide you with the service ordered.

I had an awful experience with them

I had an awful experience with them. I placed an order for a VPS two days ago and a dedicated server one day ago, but both are still pending. I opened a support ticket two days ago, but I haven't received any response. Later, they emailed me asking for some documents, which I promptly provided. Now they're requesting additional PayPal holder documents, to which I replied, but I haven't heard back from them yet. even they are not replying my previous tickets.

Their customer support is extremely terrible.

Still, they are not approving my orders and not responding to my tickets. I have submitted all the documents they asked for. I ordered my Dedicated server and a VPS on 30 June. Still, both are pending. They are not refunding my money, not approving my orders, and not responding to tickets. Shame on OVH.
