Very disappointing. The bag quality is extremely poor and nothing like what’s shown in the ads. There’s no way to contact the seller, and they've disabled comments on their social media pages, which feels quite shady.

Third class quality… they are just scamming people. They shows different pics and we received different materials bags. I think its just 500 ruppee bag not more than that and they are charging 2000.

These people are running a well-orchestrated scam. They advertise high-quality bags through attractive photos and videos on social media platforms, luring customers with fake visuals. However, the product you receive is completely different, shockingly low in quality. The bag feels like it's made of paper and can be torn with just a fingernail.

They promote a "discounted" price of PKR 2000 to make it seem like a good deal, but it’s just a tactic to trap customers. When you reach out for a refund due to the poor quality, they claim that discounted items are non-refundable, a clear excuse to avoid accountability.

This is one of the worst scam e-commerce operations in Pakistan. They're fooling honest buyers and delivering junk. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a bag from them and when I received it, the quality was not good at all. I told them at that moment that I wanted to return it, and their response was, "Okay, I will forward your complaint," which was an excuse. After that, they are ignoring my messages and not responding at all.

Firstly, there are no extra bags i received in my order. Secondly, this is by far the worst quality i have seen in the bags. There are backpacks and they are lighter than handbags. Stitching is not good and the outer layer will not stand longer. First time i feel like i got robbed online. If you want to be scammed, you are welcome to Overtop

Overtop is doing scam with people.Their quality is totally bad.I will give star if possible.Their customer services are very very poor.I wrote a number of mails to them for claim but didn't respond to me.

I ASKED THEM TO SHOW A PICTURE OF BAGS I ORDERED FROM THEIR SITE AND I WAS SENT THE WEBSITE PHOTOS LIKE COME ON I ALREADY SAW FROM THERE I WANTED YOU TO SHOWONE FROM YOUR WARE HOUSE. THE DAY I ASKED THEM TO SHOW THEY WERE SUPER ACTIVE. NOW AS I HAVE BEEN SENT THE PRODUCT ITS SUCH A CHEAP QUALITY AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN HAVING ENOUGH SHAME TO REPLY BACK. PIECE OF SCAMMERS.

I ordered a laptop bag from them. To my surprise, they sent a bag that looks like something made of polythene bag. Extremely rubbish! Not recommended at alll!

They used to provide good quality bags, but I ordered the same bag after a year, and its quality is unbelievably cheap. Parachute sparkling cheap material and they aren't even replying.

Very bad quality... Low and light quality... Not only of my bag but my 2 other friends also bought different models but very low low quality... Never recommended

I order bag when I receive opened it it's not that bag that I have seen on picture and it has a fishy bad smell

I ordered the Backup Bag S11 from Overtop on April 28 and received it on May 2. The product looked great in the videos and pictures on website, but in reality, it’s extremely poor quality. The stitching is uneven, the material feels cheap, and it’s not usable at all.

I contacted customer care the same day I received it and shared my concerns. They said they would forward my complaint, but after two days, they simply told me the company refused to accept the return. This was a complete waste of money. Very bad experience. Not recommended
