I bought several items that were low in stock on the website. There was, unfortunately, a stock error with one of them where it was showing in stock when it wasn't. These things happen.

Grant got in touch immediately to let me know about the issue. His customer service was excellent, he kept me up to date with what was happening, gave me loads of options on what to do, and was really friendly and helpful.

I got my items posted out to me as soon as they arrived at the seller, not only did the send me an email to let me know it'd been sent as normal but Grant got in touch to let me know it was on the way.

I recently ordered some Army Painter Fanatic paints and was really impressed with the overall experience.

The paints were packed exceptionally well — plenty of protection to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which is always a relief when you’re ordering hobby supplies. Delivery was also very fast, arriving sooner than expected.

The only minor issue I had was that the tracking number in the email confirmation wasn’t correct. That said, it didn’t actually cause any problems with the order itself — everything still arrived quickly and without hassle.

Overall, a very smooth experience and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
