Relentless Spam. Doesn't matter if you unsubscribe. Despicable. I don't understand why he wants that to be his reputation, but it is. For two years now my Spam box is predominantly mails from Overgaard!
Overgaard will spam you relentlessly, no matter how often you unsubscribe.
Beware of providing him any email information. Once you provide him with ability to market you, he’ll never stop.
I ordered a newly announced 125cm black leather strap, but after six months, no product arrived. Overgaard offered a replacement colour; I went for it, but he sent the wrong length strap - a 145cm (useless to me). I tried to contact him to respond, but neither Overgaard nor his assistant communicated with me, so I have opened a PayPal dispute.
To all the Leica users out there, never be fooled by his site. As many have already reviewed here, his products will never ship. Even if you contact him, he will not reply to your emails. He will just steal your money.
If you think Im lying, search his name on reputable forums like l-camera-forum.com or dpreview.com. You will find many people who have been victims of the same thing described here.
This site is a scam site by a man claiming to be a photographer.
I found in Henry a very positive person with a true interest in helping Overgaard.com customers. He was quick in respond and try really hard to make his customer happy even when in my case, it wasn’t his fault and/or responsibility.
Absolutely a scam. I bought ebooks from him which ended up being very basic for my level of experience. When I tried to return, I got shuttled between overgaard.dk and overgaard.com. The issue was never resolved.
Ended up having to work with the credit card company to get the refund.
He is unethical and running a scam. Shame on him.
The response time and help I received from Henry at Overgaard.com was wonderful. He helped get my orders retrieved and in the right place, quickly and without hassle. Thank you for all your help.
This is my good experience with Woodland Presets , They are amazing people this people can trust , they have amazing presets , great effort to make these presets , this an make people save more time .

Thorsten Overgaard is a con man. He pretends to be a famous "award-winning" photographer who worked for Life magazine and has taken portraits of presidents, when both are not true. He presents himself as such so that he can run overpriced photography seminars and sell co-branded bags and accessories for gullible Leica users.
Wanting to get some fabulous Thorsten Signature Brush Presets at great discounts but didn't find this same set on overgaard.dk which is the real site. So no idea if overgaard.com site belongs to Thorsten Overgaard the photographer! Beware!
Ordered and paid for a lens hood. Never received. Two months later after multiple emails that were ignored and never answered, I was able to get a refund by filing a complaint with PayPal. Very bad experience. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend!!!
Ordered a ventilated lens shade, listed as "in stock". Item never shipped (waited ~6wks). No response to multiple emails. Received one communication after I escalated PayPal claim to dispute. Was told I would receive a tracking number. This did not happen. Ultimately refunded by PayPal. I would very strongly hesitate to do business with this company in the future.
Warning! This is a SCAM. I ordered a lens hood for my Leica Summicron, but never received an order confirmation. I then contacted Thorsten Overgaard, demanding a refund. However, I was thrown back and forth between different employers of the "Thorsten Overgaard Team", but to no avail. I have never received a refund, and they do not answer my mails anymore. I suggest that you never buy anything from Thorsten Overgaard. This is obviously a scam as has been suggested by many other users online. Do not trade with him!
13 months I pre-ordered a video masterclass from Thorsten Overgaard.
It was the M9 masterclass. I ordered it 13 months ago. I have written
him twice during that time, no answer. True con artist in my opinion, sounds convincing on the internet, total con in delivery. Very, very, disappointed.
