Awesome Experience

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes with them and had an amazing experience. I emailed them because I thought the process was taking a little longer than the time frame they gave in the confirmation order email (usually takes a bit long because of the verification process they do to make sure the shoes are authentic) and they got back to me very quick and had my shoes within the next two days! Will definitely be purchasing from them again ☺️

Hello, Anders.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. As we told you via email, the product did not pass our verification process. This is usually the case when the product has a flaw, the packaging is damaged or is missing or something similar. Therefore we had to cancel your order. We have already refunded you the full amount and offered you a discount code for your future purchase.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.

OutSole Team.
