Best Customer Service ever
First time that I ordered from this website. I bought several shoe laces and received only one pair in the package. So I wrote to the customer service and they replied within 5 minutes tops!
The problem comes from the postal services. I suppose that the laces got stolen so Outsole sneakers didn't make any mistake. Nevertheless they wrote that they will send me once again the missing laces!
This is just AMAZING! Who does that in 2022?
Outsole Sneakers cares about its customers eventhough I placed a small order!
They are trustworthy and you can buy anything from their website with your eyes closed!
Thumbs up to the team!
Again, THAN YOU!

Veters met vlek
Goed bedrijf, alleen jammer genoeg heb ik veters gekregen met een vlek erop. Verzending was ook goed.

Hello!
We can't find any order in our system on your name. Can you please send us an e-mail with your order number so we can check? Maybe there was a confusion with the name of the website and the order wasn't placed on our website, but with another shop. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to edit or delete this review. Thank you and have a nice day!
