Paid Aug 20th
Paid Aug 20th, got email saying on way Aug 22nd, another email today Sept 4th stating "I noticed you've had a few weeks to try our products and I'd love your feedback!" Order is due del today. If you're using Aramex I'd expect the delay but it "appears" to be Aust Post. Parcel coming from Syd/Adl doesn't take this long. I'd be very interested to know the reasons behind delay, thank you

The 6" hand chainsaw is so easy to use
The 6" hand chainsaw is so easy to use. I am 72, widow and capable of doing garden chores. This little saw has helped me so much for pruning and removing limbs from trees. Great product.

Company has great tools
Company has great tools, unfortunately using Aramax as delivery of goods is another thing. My order was spent out there next day, Aramax took over a week do deliver it sat in the Gold Coast for a week. As it was a father's day present didn't even get a chance to check it out.

A wee game changer.
I purchased a wee chainsaw to make pruning a little easier for my wife's knuckles and my sanity, it's a grand performer, does exactly as advertised, a worthwhile investment. I would advise anyone to also purchase extra chains at the same time (just in case).

Chainsaw Gem
This little chainsaw is absolutely amazing. It's so easy to use and cuts through everything. I don't have to wait for my husband to get out the big chainsaw to cut down stuff, I can do it myself. I would highly recommend this product.

Mini chainsaw,
This little saw my husband uses as a marker when cutting large logs. He says it is better than using pencil.

Outdoor ToolBox - Helpful and friendly
I didn't receive a tracking number for my order until I contacted the company. Once I emailed them, Angel was very helpful and my order arrived a few days later.
As a nearly 70yo woman who isn't too comfortable using electrical equipment, I found the rechargeable backpack spray a bit confusing to assemble with the limited information in the manual. Eventually I found information and pictures online and got there in the end. I haven't used the sprayer yet but am now confident that it will do a good job and that the company will be helpful with any problems that may arise.
I would shop with Outdoor ToolBox again.
