Awful service. I ordered two sets, lateral flow, for myself and my partner at £25 each. The first order was never received, I contacted support via the email address and they promised to send another one. Then I received two more responses saying they will send more. Received the tests the following day. Took me forever to log my test results as I had keep re submitting my photo’s. That was nothing compared to supplying my partners, however many times I put in HIS details, it came back with MY name (but with his nhs, passport number) sent six emails to the support team, heard nothing back. On the seventh attempt and using the Medic code as advised on trust pilot, I managed to proceed. Never again, useless customer service

I paid £100 and didn’t receive my tests in time. No one replies to repeated complaints. Do not buy from these people. I’m wondering if they’re a scam.

I had booked a two night (Day0 + Day1 + Day2) travel to London. I booked a lateral flow test a week in advance.
Unfortunately the test hasn't been delivered by Day 2.
Now I'm back in Germany and the test still hasn't been delivered.

Do not get your test from Outcome Dx! They just want your money and there isn’t an easy way to register your test. They should be taken off the government approved site!

I wished that I checked the reviews before ordering but made the assumption that a Government approved supplier should be a safe bet, how wrong can that statement be! Extremely poor communication (no communication), tests turned up very late, and one result we have not even had yet, over a week now and the teste where sent late, although all ordered within a half hour of each other.

The information provided both on the webpage and in the kit make registering the test kit impossible. Neither the numbers nor the barcode supplied are recognised by the NHS registration process.

One word - FARCICAL
First, I had to email Outcome DX to enquire as to the whereabouts of the lateral flow test kit I ordered a week ago as it hadn’t arrived and I was concerned of contravening the 2 Day test requirement. I received a response some hours later that DPD would deliver the test kit the following day!
Second and very importantly, there is NO provision on the Outcome DX web site to register the test kit! After trawling the internet, I came across the Trustpilot web site and a contributor advised entering the Medicspot web site to register the test kit. Medicspot are Outcome DX.
Thirdly, the instructions on the box contradict the instructions on the Medicspot web site!
After much messing about, I submitted my test result. Ten minutes later, I received an email from Medicspot Operations informing me that the two images required were wrong; this is when I discovered the contradictory information between box and web site.
The two images required are:
A photo of the box with the test indicator in position with photo ID below the box,
The other image should be a screen shot of the PLF front page showing the Test Booking Reference Number.
I submitted this and it was still unacceptable so after much chatting with someone in the ‘chat’ facility on the Medicspot web site, I submitted the same images again.
Medicspot advise that test results will be received after two hours - after four hours I still hadn’t received the test result. I emailed Medicspot asking where my result was. I was asked to submit my test again,….. a fourth time!!!
This I did and half an hour later, the result was emailed to me with a result certificate.
The whole experience is DREADFUL. It is time consuming, contradictory and confusing. Be WARNED.

How can the goverment approve this company. Test kits arrived 5days after we got home.

Just appalling. they have allegedly sent 3 tests yet none arrived. DO NOT USE THEM. I have, at great cost and trouble had to find other providers so I can comply with the day 2 requirements. Customer service is via e mail only so no chance to follow up. Shameful.

From my sad experience and frustration here is the information anyone wanting to register or contact them will need:

1) REGISTER YOUR TEST KIT AT:
testkit.medicspot.co.uk / register / code
(if you try to register on the NHS website you will need a barcode and you will fail as Outcome Dx use a six letter code -appears below the barcode on their kits- which only the Outcome Dx website recognizes and nowhere is that obvious or spelled out).

2) CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER FOR Outcome Dx IS:

Again, nowhere is that obvious or spelled out. I was able to get that from an NHS helpline. After much waiting on-hold I managed to get a very patient, helpful, knowledgeable agent, DAVID, who was great. Kudos to that man!

3) If you still feel strongly enough to bring your frustration and comments to the authorities, I was told you can do so at:

I have gone no further so do not know if this works.

In spite of all the foregoing I have to say that when I mailed in my sample I got an acknowledgement of receipt and the test result in very quick order.

When phoning their website, you will have to listen very carefully to the announcements as they have chosen to use a person with a heavy Scots accent.

Does anyone else find the high cost of the PCR test to be justified?

Judging by all the previous comments as well as my very frustrating experience I respectfully suggest that the owners, listen, analyze and do a thorough review of their company's public and online image.

Can i give no stars to this company. No test nearly a week later.

They are refusing to refund. Avoid!

This company does not deliver tests in time. I ordered a Day 2 Test LFT, the first day they became available on the government website, October 22nd. My Day 2 Test did not arrive until Day 5, by which time on Day 3, I already ordered another Day 2 Test from another company which arrived the next day.
Outcomedx does not have a telephone number and their on-line contact form does not accept their own order numbers. It is a total scam and outrageous a company like this is listed on the UK government website and it is not fit for purpose. They do not give refunds on Day 2 or Day 8 Tests. Choose another company.

Ordered two day 2 Lateral Flow tests - came on time but no instructions on kit number to report the tests, the webpage to report the tests didn’t exist alongside no reference number, we phoned 119 who said it’s likely to be scam - we wrote to the company and no response - i believe the company has been taken off gov.uk now! I wouldn’t recommend, we ordered new tests (ordered from Boots this time!) and they were all good! Please do your research and look at reviews!

Over a week after the expected delivery date I have not received the tests, or a response to several emails. I am also one that regrets not checking the reviews propose to ordering. Absolutely terrible service.

Ordered day 2 lateral flow tests 3 days before the return flight and after multiple e-mails still didn't manage to get the correct booking numbers for the Passenger Locator Forms before getting to the airport. Fortunately the airport staff found a way we could complete our forms, but Ryanair only let us board the flight reluctantly.
Finally got the correct numbers from Outcomedx after getting home and completed new locator forms to suit.
Then spent over 4 hours trying to find the correct website to carry out and report the tests, which was completely different from the package instructions.
In conclusion we wasted 1 1/2 days of our holiday and another 1/2 day after our return dealing with this company, which is a total disgrace !!!

Warning! Paid for a day 2 test Last Friday. But still haven't received the PLN number. Tried to write to the company, but received a pre-written information form. Wish I had read the warnings here before ordering.

I order the tests four days ago arrived a day late, i didn’t receive the swabs inside i had to purchase for an additional 70 pounds a covid test for swabs and the results did come back in time (its been 79 hours) and i had to purchase a different flight for the next day…. No costumer support no one answered be carful please !!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this company, unable to register my two day PCR test, have spent 2 hours finally called government website to try to register the kit to be told I have done everything possible to send off my kit and see what the outcome is ??

Test kits. Do not use this company. The reference sent to me did not work. There is no contact details. Tried to email them. Only automated service available.
I didn’t not receive the reference number from them. I don’t know if l am going to get a refund or not.
