Ordered fit to fly test. 1) it arrived late, on the 7th business day (the supposed delivery day is 3rd -5th business days). 2) it arrived with missing test registration information, completely useless. I ended up booking an emergency test on the day of flight, no options left. Horrible company, can't be reached by phone, slow email response. Avoid if you can.
Day 2- Lateral flow
I’m pleased with their service. For some reason my test got lost. They figured it out where it is. Our communication was efficient. I had a little trouble to find the register page and a video guide is a joke. But the instruction on the paper it’s clear. I got my certificate imediatelly

One month on and still no results, what an absolute joke of a company, quick to take your money. Do not use
Efficient service with 2 day PCR test
I did a day 2 PCR test after arriving home & posting my test Tuesday 4th Jan. I received an email from Outcome Weds 5th Jan at 15.30 saying it had been received in their lab & on Thursday 6th Jan at 7.30am & email saying my test was negative. I was impressed with this service of a result of 16hours. Especially as a friend used a different company & the results took 48 hours

Day 2 kit arrived day 5 so had to isolate until got another kit from elsewhere as Christmas Day looming and no chance of results being in time. After contacting 5 times just received an email saying no refunds because number would have been needed to fly back therefore essentially worth £70! Will be taking further
scam
like 14 days to receive the day 2 test after saying delivery over 2-3 days from purchase. when it arrived late we sent it off as fit to fly, too late for pcr tests now! we still haven't received the results and my partner is back in his country now so what's even the point. honestly convinced we're never going to get the results, a shame that it is a scam, poorly written email responses with mistakes and totally unprofessional layout. don't buy just dont not worth it
Sent wrong tests
They sent me 2 PCR tests instead of the lateral flow tests.
These tests were supposed to be done while we were abroad as fit-to-fly tests, for returning to the UK. Unfortunately, we discovered it just 24h before our flight and it has been really tough for us to find where to have a test with that short notice.
Very poor service
Very poor service . had to chase my order of a Day 2 test even then it didnt arrive on time. Very poor they are linked to the goverments website . Also very poor customer service that you dont get refund "under no circumstances"

Ordered a day 2 Test which did arrive on time, however I still haven’t received my results after 4 days even though I got proof that it was delivered successfully. Seems like it’s just a big scam, unbelievable that they’re on the government website.
Looks like a scam
I ordered a Day2&8 test set and booked a collection on 28th of December. When I came there (1.5 hours from my house!) they said the office is closed and they can't do anything. I see a lot of negative reviews as well, so I suppose it's just a scam, not a working business.
Awful company
Awful company. Ordered a day 2 test and it wasn't even sent out until day 8 of me being back in the UK. You can only contact them via email there is no phone number and they refuse to give refunds. Do not use. Try and do your test in person. I've used Collinson and DAM health since and both had fast turn around times.
Completely useless
I'm certain there is no-one, genuine, that has anything good to say about this bunch of cowboys. How are they still allowed to be in business when continuing to fail their customers on a regular basis judging by these reviews, leading to extended isolation for their clients. Everyone should boycot this ridicilous company.
Total con artists…
Have had email exchanges with these crooks and received the same generic reply as other reviewers. They refuse to refund me because they state that I was able to access the number for entry back to the U.K. They even suggest that the test can be used for another trip or by another person.
I’ve written back to say that they have not supplied the goods that I contacted to buy, although I have kept my side of the deal by paying.
It’s clearly a waste of time dealing with them, so I will be contacting my credit card company after Xmas, for them to recoup the £67
Hopefully by us writing reviews we might prevent others from being conned. How can this company be government approved?!!!!

I’ve booked my Day2&8 tests on the 18th and still nothing. Today when I contacted them, I’ve been told there’s a delay in delivery due to test kits shortage. Why the hell did you take my order if you were short? If and when I will get my test kit, I’ll be out of my isolation period so what’s the point?

I would give this firm zero stars if I could.
We ordered two tests in good time to be used on 21st December. No tests arrived. Given that there are huge fines if you don't do the test on time this has caused us huge anxiety and problems locating other means of testing.
I am at my wits end. I have emailed them numerous times to no avail.
It is now 24th December and we have only just received an email from them that the tests are delayed.
Their email states: "Hope you are well We are current having slight delays due to a stock shortage and the holidays with the James and James I can assure you we are doing everything we can to get the kit/s shipped and to be with you as soon as they can be. We will of course update you via email as soon as the kit/s have been shipped"
The lack of punctuation and grammatical mistakes makes me extremely doubtful of the legitimacy of this company.
This company can only be contacted by email.
Emailing them triggers a generic response, and no follow up from them whatsoever.
They do not have a phone number.
It's a total SCAM.
They take your money, give you nothing in return and wont refund.
This company SHOULD NOT be on the Government website.

Im having the same issue as everyone else, i paid for a day two test in the 18/12 - my arrival day is today and no test has arrived! I have sent numerous emails chasing but keep getting asked what is the order reference and no response thereafter.

My husband ordered a day 2 PCR test it is now day 4 and no sign of a test which means self isolation over Christmas after paying £134 for 2 tests. Totally unacceptable.

Tried to book a day 2 as I was using my phone at the airport, so was in a rush. Accidently selected a day 2 and 8, immediately emailed them to change it to just a day 2, but they refused to and told me to hang on to the test and use it another time. It was only a few seconds before the purchase and the email being send, they think it's fine to hold unto people's money considering how terrible their site is (not mobile friendly at all). Also they are not cheap considering other alternatives, really no point in using them.
awful experience
Our 2 tests were sent to the lab thru Royal Mail on dec 13 th. We got the results once back in France on dec 16th, midday.
We had to find a pharmacy in Folkstone to carry on the antigenic tests which was not an easy thing to do.
We lost money for the additional tests and we missed the shuttle on the 15th
