Found the yarn I wanted at a reasonable price and order sent swiftly

I’ve made a few orders with Our Little Craft co, and each time the orders arrived on time and packaged well in a chiffon bag with a nice thank you note included. The quality of the yarn was very high and priced reasonably. In one order in particular there had been a small mistake. I was missing one 50g skein from a large order. I emailed them and got a reply literally within a hour. They were very nice, apologised and without hesitation was ready to send the missing skein. When I mentioned I was going to make a second order and they could just add it to that, they gave me a delivery discount code so I wouldn’t have to pay postage as the order was just under the minimum to qualify for free delivery. Overall every order I made left me very satisfied and I even felt after the mistake that they went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed and that I was happy. Couldn’t of asked for more. That’s the beauty of a small business, the personal touch much larger companies tend to lose. 5 stars. This was the only site I could find that had the yarn i needed with all of it's colourways AND it was cheaper than anywhere else.
Delivery was fast as I opted for Royal Mail 24hr and the quality was great. I even asked for a sample and was sent 2 swatches to check over. I will definitely use again.

Can’t tell you how pleased I am to find this company. I was ordering yarn art jeans on the a-z shop I’m not naming. The wool was near 3 times the amount this little company charge and take weeks to turn up. This little company has a huge range of products. My order on both occasions shipped either same day or the day after and the yarn is so much cheaper as well as easier to find. Plenty of email notice of order delivery. I particularly like the yarn is named and not just numbered. I am now a life long member. Can not recommend enough.
