Fantastic small business. I ordered two yarnart cakes and a couple of crochet hooks, delivery was very quick and very well packaged. They look to have a great selection so will definitely order from them again! It's always lovely to be able to buy from small businesses instead of large corporations.

I have been addicted to buying the project cards whenever a new edirion is released.
They are unique, valuable as we crafters always have more than project going.
Have enjoyed seeing friends faces when i gift them with the new edition.

The website was easy to navigate. The products were clearly pictured & described. The prices are very reasonable & they carry a good range.
I needed a bit extra to finish a blanket & they had the two colours in stock, whereas the place i originally purchased the yarn from was completely sold out.
Delivery was swift & the yarn arrived beautifully packaged. I would recommend this little company to anyone & will happily use them again.

A lovely company. Always fast shipping and great customer services. I really like the Yarn Art brand and they have a great selection. Definitely my go to company for my macrame yarn. Added bonus of loads of haberdashery items to add to my orders.

I live overseas so I can only order when visiting family in the UK and always have my wish list prepared In advance! I love the YarnArt brand and the price is very reasonable, also I love that you can request a sample of another yarn when you place an order. Found the yarn I wanted at a reasonable price and order sent swiftly

I’ve made a few orders with Our Little Craft co, and each time the orders arrived on time and packaged well in a chiffon bag with a nice thank you note included. The quality of the yarn was very high and priced reasonably. In one order in particular there had been a small mistake. I was missing one 50g skein from a large order. I emailed them and got a reply literally within a hour. They were very nice, apologised and without hesitation was ready to send the missing skein. When I mentioned I was going to make a second order and they could just add it to that, they gave me a delivery discount code so I wouldn’t have to pay postage as the order was just under the minimum to qualify for free delivery. Overall every order I made left me very satisfied and I even felt after the mistake that they went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed and that I was happy. Couldn’t of asked for more. That’s the beauty of a small business, the personal touch much larger companies tend to lose. 5 stars.
