The service and the products offered at were second to none. You can’t do better than Our Boathouse!
The service and the products offered at our Boathouse are absolutely second to none! We found designer Deb Yager to be especially helpful and lovely to deal with as we worked to furnish our beachfront condo. We are so happy with all the beautiful furniture and accent pieces they suggested! In fact, our rooms look so beautiful with their furniture that our recent rental tenant asked where we got our furniture and wants to replicate our look! We highly recommend Our Boathouse!

While I appreciate the nice furniture they make, they should tell you there is an extra charge for delivery not included in the price of the pieces you buy. Please be aware of this. It was an extra $234.00 for delivery no one bothered to mention. I got the news from West Express Delivery. The chair, this time only, isn’t that well made, and
I was called 3 times by the delivery service because he had not been given the correct address. Also, their prices have gone up. Don’t think I will be buying from them again😏

Gorgeous Seaglass Balls
The seaglass balls are sooo fabulous!!! I'm on my 5th one purchased. These are the REAL deal! They have the original fishing rope tied around them and I so love their truly authentic, nautical appearance. I now have at least one in every size and color. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Great Customer Service
I had difficulty with a product I purchased through this company which was shipping from the manufacturer. They were very accommodating in resolving the matter and very patient and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for beautiful products and great customer service.

Jury still out on this review as we…
Jury still out on this review as we have not received nor expect our furniture to arrive anybtime soon. Nice store for the coastal look, non pushy and helpful staff BUT...our first visit to the store we were greeted and explained how they work. "turn around for a custom order is 5 weeks" was in the first one minute of our greeting. We ordered and paid in full for 3 items and told 6 weeks maximum on order. Well, its been over 6 weeks and we are now hopeful to receive our furniture in the next 5 weeks. Would never have ordered had we known this..my personal thought is that the order was likely not submitted at the time I ordered it. At this point we are just hopeful that the furniture meets our expectations. I feel the company misrepresents the time factor.

We apologize for the confusion in our staff communicating the turn around time for custom orders. The timing varies based on the collection and current back log at the manufacturer. Typically the average is 4-6 weeks but it does vary based on various factors.
