I have JUST ordered my custom driftwood…

I have JUST ordered my custom driftwood table base but I have obviously not received it at this point. However, the ordering process was seamless and the woman I placed the order with on the phone (custom) was nice and helpful. We will see how the order is received WHEN it is received.

I purchased one of their slip covered…

I purchased one of their slip covered sofas. It hasn't arrived yet but before I made the purchase, I asked many questions about construction, quality and fabric. They ALWAYS responded promptly. I received several fabric swatches through the mail and finally, after careful consideration, made my selection. I shopped online at other outlets that sold slip covered sofa's but I always came back to Our Boat House. They offered several size, dept and width options unlike the other stores.

The store/ furniture is beautiful! A little on the pricey side but has a lot of great pieces. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back!

Longtime Customer

As a longtime customer, I continue to enjoy visiting the store for new additions to our home and for purchasing gifts. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Of particular note, selections found at Our Boathouse are unique and of fine quality.

Excellent selection and service

We just moved to the area and needed to furnish our new condo. We found Our Boat House on the internet and decided this was the place to purchase our new furniture even before we visited the showroom. We were immediately impressed with the selection, style and the very patient and helpful salesperson - Deb! We were completely thrilled with the process even including the delivery event. We have recommended Our Boat House to others and know they will be happy with the experience also!!

It’s a scary thing to order furniture…

It’s a scary thing to order furniture sight unseen, but Boathouse made the experience great. They sent fabric samples, and when I called with lots of questions and requested opinions, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I order a chair online January 05

I order a chair online January 05, after 8 weeks I called, they told me was going to take longer that will be deliver first week of April. No one called to let me know was back order. I called again they told me now the begin of May. Customer Service I rate 0, they don’t call to let you know what’s going on with your order.

Horrible experience - will never shop here again

It's been nearly a year from our original patio furniture order...we still did not get the furniture that we originally requested. First there was an issue with the salesperson leaving the company and it seemed they lost the order. Then they said the salesperson wrote it up wrong and the fabric we ordered was not available. Once the order was finally submitted and delivered...it was not correct. Wrong chairs and cushions.We agreed to leave the cushions, just replace the chairs. Nearly 6 months later, we received chairs, but they are still not what we originally requested. However, looking at the receipt, it appears the order submitted by the salesperson lists the wrong chairs. Overall, horribly incompetent service. Not worth the cost!
