We purchased with Robert Oulsnam and towards the completion we were all getting very stressed, especially with the people at the bottom of the chain, but Debbie at the Redditch branch was absolutely brilliant keeping us informed and getting in touch with people down the chain. Peter, helped us numerous times through out our time dealing with Oulsnams (08/12/25-01/05/26). Our Solicitor I’m afraid was not so good, Peter helped us get to a definitive moving date by speaking with our solicitor on our behalf, on many occasions. I would definitely recommend Oulsnams Bromsgrove.

As the executor of my sister’s estate I needed to sell her property so it was a difficult time and Victoria, Debbie and Elisha were so helpful and although we had problems selling the property because Birmingham city council went out of their way to slow the process down and I lost a couple of buyers the ladies at Redditch were so encouraging and kept me informed every step of the way so I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have used Robert Oulsnam on several occasions in the past, and they are the first estate agents I would recommend to anyone selling their home, mainly because of the personal service you get from them.
I was kept informed with everything from start to finish and want to thank James for the honest valuation of my house and also a big thanks to Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me up to date from day one.
Sadly on this occasion the sale of my property fell through because of a really negative survey on the property I was buying.

I was supported through the whole selling process by the Kings Heath team (Georgie, Michelle, and Alison) whose knowledge proved invaluable, acting as an intermediary between all parties. Their communication levels were exceptional, offering a friendly and professional approach. I would recommend the Kings Heath team to any potential buyers as they fully understand the local market and are passionate about the individual, rather than just another sale!

Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off.
As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was.
We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale.
