Not Point to Point As Agreed
We had expected point to point pick up at Heathrow Airport but instead, was directly to use to bus to go to the long stay car park for pick up
The bus had a long queue and with 4 large bags to load on/off, was definitely not point to point. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend AVOIDING Otto…
I would highly recommend AVOIDING Otto Car if you value your time and your livelihood.
I rented a Tesla from them, and it has been plagued with mechanical issues. It is currently sitting completely unusable in a service yard because of a faulty screw/bolt. The service centre explicitly told me that this "click-clack" issue is incredibly common on Teslas once they pass 100,000 miles. Despite knowing this, Otto Car clearly failed to properly inspect, maintain, or service the vehicle before renting it out.
What makes a bad situation worst is their shocking lack of customer service. Otto Car did not bother to call me, they didn’t email me, and they completely ignore incoming emails. I have been left entirely in the dark, and the only reason I even know what is happening with the car is because the service centre called me—not Otto Car.
As a private hire driver, if my car isn't on the road, I am not earning money. Otto Car’s negligence and silent treatment are directly costing me my livelihood, yet they still expect rental payments for a broken car.
They do not take care of their fleet, they do not answer their drivers, and they don't care about the financial ruin they cause. You will lose time, you will lose money, and you will be completely ignored. Save yourself the stress and rent from a company that actually maintains their vehicles and respects their drivers. Avoid at all costs.
By the way your email system and department agents, may be working but your system to answer and to register complaints is just made that you can rename SPAM folder to complaint!!!

So on going issues with electrical…
So on going issues with electrical issue unable to charge car this is a fire hazard, company claims to be the biggest phv supplier (lier) yet can't provide a car so you can continue to work. Cars finally been booked in with main dealer in two weeks time and 40miles away how does this make any sence when the car won't charge. Contact the service team and spoke to a very unpleasant woman named Neha who was rude with NO customer service skills. Wrote into complaint department and a week on no reply. So total of 4 weeks loss of earning so far and not a care in the world from otto car. If you are thinking of taking one of their cars please do your self a favour and keep well away

Renting from Otto Cars is not perfect but there is one thing I appreciate is the help and support I alway get when call in and speak to Megha.

Absolutely dreadful company.
My experience with Otto Car has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
After returning my vehicle, Otto continued to hold money that had already been taken from my account by direct debit for a period during which I no longer had possession of the vehicle. Rather than dealing with the issue and refunding the overpayment, they have spent weeks ignoring emails, failing to respond and sending me around in circles.
Their customer service process is completely broken.
Every time I call, I am told to contact the payments team. The payments team can only be reached through a WhatsApp system. Because I am no longer an active customer, the system cannot find my records and refuses to process my request. I have explained this repeatedly. Otto know this is the case. Despite that, they continue sending me back to the same process that they already know does not work.
Nobody takes ownership. Nobody resolves the issue. Nobody escalates the issue. They simply pass you elsewhere and hope you go away.
I have repeatedly explained that I cannot access the payments team through their system. I have repeatedly requested escalation. I have repeatedly requested a response to my emails. Instead, I have been met with silence, delays and complete indifference.
The handling of the vehicle return was equally poor. There was no effort to understand my circumstances, no proactive communication and no meaningful customer support. Once a problem arose, I was left to chase constantly for answers that never came.
The most shocking part is that this is not a complicated issue. Money was taken. The vehicle was returned. A refund was requested. Yet weeks later I am still chasing for a resolution while Otto ignore correspondence and continue directing me into a system that they know cannot help me.
The level of incompetence, lack of accountability and disregard for customers has been staggering.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Otto Car to think very carefully before signing up. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely responses, ownership of issues or even basic customer service standards.
A truly awful experience.
