On the order, I noticed that my billing address was outdated, and Jen fixed it for me. I received many updates to the shipping status, and in a short time I received my beautiful bracelet. I love that I could order a small size to fit my teeny wrist! I love the lapis lazuli bracelet with the silver otter tag! It looks exactly as shown on the website. I ordered for my sun-sign. The packaging was beautiful, too, and everything about this purchase has been top-notch! I was delighted to add a bit to the otter program at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Very pleased all around.

Got my Otter Spirit order today! These were recommended by my trusted astrologer Louise at Spiral Bright Insight. I ordered the 3 bracelet set: Amethyst for Aquarius Sun, Selenite for Gemini Rising, Rainbow Tourmaline Taurus Moon. I have little baby wrists and appreciate them being available in a delicate mini. I also ordered size small and they fit my wrist perfectly. Finally! Jewelry that fits and actually flatters without sliding around. The little otter charm on each one is absolutely gorgeous.

I must also comment on the company itself and the story that led me here. I lived in Pacific Grove for 4 years while in grad school back in the 90s, and the seals and otters were a deeply joyful part of my daily life as I walked the path into Monterey each day. The bracelets look great and the customer service team are fast and kind! One of the items I ordered arrived broken but the customer service team was quick to respond and replace the item. Because its an elastic plastic type band for the bracelet don't expect an extensively sturdy piece, but certainly a good item for normal day to day wear. I'll be orderering some more in different colors soon!

Recently I got into crystals and I searched a few websites found Otter spirit has the best size options. So I ordered two packs (of three bracelets) during the mother's day promotion. They arrived pretty soon and each box comes with a bag and a card listing the benefit of the specific crystal. I found four of the bracelets are perfect, while one other is a bit longer and another has a bead with two holes. I reached to their service team and got response immediately. They helped with replacements quickly. So I ordered two sets again during father's day promotion and found the mini size doesn't come out as expected. I reached to their service again and got response immediately again. They also helped me to make choices that meet the needs of my family the best. Highly recommend!
