Despite not being able to keep the lovely laptop case I’d ordered through no fault of O&T’s because the supplier had made a mistake on the size details so it didn’t fit my laptop, Berne was immediately apologetic, sent a lovely email and compensation for my purchase. Swift refund once I had returned and even updated me on the position with the supplier. Lovely company, Support local and independent like Oscar & Tilly for personal touch and lovely products.

Llovely little touches and quality items

Lovely company - I recently ordered a mug as a gift came in great packaging and with a personal note to say thank you. I also liked the extra wee touch of a luxury tea bag and coffee bag. That was really unexpected and a nice touch.

This was my second purchase from here. The items were excellent and the correspondence was quick and friendly.

She's not just the owner of a fantastic shop – which I can't recommend highly enough – she has such a great taste in his choice of products and their presentation! – but also a wonderful, warm person who really cares about her customers.

She was extremely accommodating when it came to the slightly complicated shipping conditions, as I don't live in the UK. She knows how to make time and find the best solution.

So VERY happy with my purchase. I ordered a set of 2 metallic LED candles and they are truly amazing. So authentic with slight flickering when lit, look so realistic.
I would highly recommend Oscarandtilly. What a fantastic small independent business especially with Bernie being so helpful. Not only did she respond to my pre purchase question, well outside of business hours, she kept me fully updated as to the dispatch of my order. Very quick delivery. The candles were lovingly wrapped with utmost care. Product description was spot on. Nothing negative to say.
I've ordered multiple times and delivery has always been quick. The quality of products I've bought has been excellent and on the one occasion I had a query , the customer service response from Bernie was rapid (even though it was over Christmas) and friendly. I will continue to use this small family run business: Love to support the little guy.
